Nice location, big rooms, decent utilities, frienly staff

Windows were leaking rain water to the room all night. Bad damp smell in the room. Broken toilet flush. Very limited tv and internet.Room selection were confusing leading to difficult check in and we then had to UPGRADE our room

The view was excellent almost unreal. I just ordered in and enjoyed the beautiful view of the 3 islands of Istanbul .Perfect place to unwind before the take of to the next destination.

The smell which i found later was do to the wind.

Amazing calm and clean see side location. Very high quality food in it's restaurant. Professional and polite staff.

Bed was too soft and hard to have a good sleep. The window to the city view could be more modern and sound proof. But these doesn't make us exclude it to advice the hotel to the other people.

The location of this property is amazing. It is right across the street from the beautiful sea, minutes of drive to beautiful malls and the best of all 10 minutes of drive from Kadikoy and Suadiye. Breakfast is delicious and all the restaurant staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Very clean, comfortable and extremely affordable hotel in a clean and gorgeous Asia side location .

The only thing I don’t like is that sometimes you come across a few individuals at the front desk who can be very unfriendly, rude and not very helpful. Out of all the front desk staff there only a couple who are pleasant and helpful.

Location is good and close to local cafes and restaurants and provide parking

Staff were rude Room service was bad TV did not work for the whole stay and never repair Never provide water , soap , cups , coffee and tea which I had to buy In the last day after they gave me late checkout , somebody called me and started to argue that I should leave immediately or pay extra money using improper language and fighting I do believe that they lack professionalism and do not show respect to guests

It was a very pleasant stay – cleanliness at the highest level, everything fresh and well-kept. The staff were friendly and smiling. I highly recommend this hotel!

I absolutely loved the location and cleanliness of this hotel. It was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay so comfortable. The best part was how close it was to the waterfront — we just crossed the street and were greeted with the most beautiful view of the Marmara Sea. Truly a perfect spot for relaxing walks and taking in the scenery. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience overall

Had indoor and outdoor swimming pools

Restaurant menu was a bit strange, ordered a salad that came topped with Haribo type sweets and worst news was - no alcohol!! Be prepared, if you want beer by the pool or wine with your evening meal, you’re not going to get it.

Smart clean efficient

Very big hotel perhaps geared for tourists in the summer and since I stayed there in the winter it lacked atmosphere. So went out to eat and have a drink

Indoor poolThe water in the indoor pool is not changed and they use a lot of chlorine which burns the eyes and is not usable at all

Breakfast has a good variety , comfortable facility at room ,good customer service .

We booked for different kind of rooms however land view room was a very wrong selection as it’s opposite the dustbin ,garbage area so recommend to book only (full sea view ).

The temperature in the room was very warm and I couldn’t adjust it. Had to open the window

Most of the room equipments didn’t work. The toilet door lock didn’t work, room was very very hot and air conditioning wasn’t working

Furniture is a bit dated and there was some minor rust in the shower.Indoor pool was very cold and uncomfortable. Which is quite pointless, I never saw anyone using it probably because of this

The hotel is located in the Asian part of Istanbul and is a bit far from official centers and markets. However, it is a great place to stay if the aim of travel is leisure. Furthermore, there is a famous mall "Maltepe Piazza Mall" which one could go there with taxi costs around 40 TL. The staff is very kind and the quality of services is highly acceptable. Furthermore, you could start your day with a great breakfast. The Sauna, pool, and gym are super interesting, in particular as their working hour is 7 am to 9.45 pm.Besides, you could enjoy walking in the neighbourhod and will reach Bagdat Street
