Grand Hyatt Istanbul

Smooth check in and very helpful staff.Breakfast is good too.

The staff was friendly and the overall quality was good. The reason we picked this hotel was the outdoor pool that our daughter was interested in swimming in every morning.

The location was far than the usual destinations we intended to stay in and the restaurants food quality and atmosphere was average for the prices.

Location, spacious, cleansing, helpful staff, breakfast normal and expected better.

Breakfast less than expectation.

Location, clean , room size and staff

Old furniture

Sauna gym and breakfast

I liked the cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and easy access to nearby attractions.

Everything was generally fine; there was nothing significant I disliked.

Location is good, security

Not very clean. AC is loud, concierge service is very bad

Welcoming staff, accessibility to everything, clean facilities, fast service from check in to check out.

We ate the same breakfast for 5 days

Breakfast was good

I did not like dinner in hotel's restaurant. It wasn't worth the price.

The huge and comfortable rooms. The friendly staff.

The a/c didn't have any cooling effect.

Staff was amazing, the hotel was what we expected, rooms a bit old but clean and comfortable.

Location was great. Not too close to Taksim. The benefit was having a larger room and facilities at hotel were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The spa / hamam treatments were excellent. Security and location great. Within walking distance to taksim square. Staff were amazing. Hanifi in particular, who serviced the room.

The location, staff and the breakfastI read in the review so much thanks to certain employee names in the hotels. I didn’t expect to be one of those but Sofiya is great welcoming manager who made sure to have a great experience not only in the hotel but in Istanbul. I loved the way she handled our situation and solve it.

Needs renovation specially the decoration and furniture but I would say it is a classic

I broke a leg in this hotel in the bathroom, because the floor is marble and 100% slippery even with the tiniest amount of water. It's extremely dangerous for all guests, I think. The hotel's cooperation in this situation was at zero. They literally blamed me for this, and showed the least possible care.

The attitude of the personal and the manager in my difficult situation. The furniture and rooms are very old. The breakfast is average.

The pool was amazing. Front desk staff were excellent.

There was 3 of us and it was very cramped in the room. Service at the pool was very slow.

Super clean, modern, comfortable room and good spa and fitness facilities

Nothing! So great

Exceptional Service from Front Desk Staff - Special Thanks to MediaAfter a long flight, I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay, thanks largely to the outstanding service I received from Media at the front desk during check-in. From the moment I approached the reception area, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that immediately made me feel welcomed.Media was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the entire check-in process, handling everything smoothly while taking the time to explain the hotel amenities and answer all my questions patiently. What really stood out was her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude set a positive tone for my entire visit. It’s clear Media takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Staff members like her are what make a hotel stay truly memorable.I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and much of that recommendation is based on the excellent first impression created by Media’s professionalism and kindness.

Located in Talimhane near Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue, Grand Hyatt Istanbul is a convenient base for shopping, dining and transport. Rooms are modern and comfortable (club rooms include lounge access), and breakfast is a generous Turkish-and-international buffet.

I liked it, facilities, and the support of its staff.

When I first arrived, the AC was not going below 25°, thanks to Miss Sophia and Maintenance who fixed it to come down to 20°

The view. The service and very helpful staff. Cleanliness of the pool.

No access to the club in the morning.
