Pros +
- The location is near to Taksim Square, which was a good thing for me. The room was comfortable, although it was narrow and crowded with its furniture. Staff were kind and helpful.
- Nothing, terrible stay
- The owner is a very nice guy!The location!
Cons -
- The breakfast was very poor in terms of variety and quantities. You can not say that there was a restaurant, but a very narrow space with a few small tables. The stairs were very exhaustive (no lifts). The refrigerator was small and does not work well. The AC did not give the needed coldness, even with setting the lowest temperature possible.
- Terrible stay, waste of money. This is a hostel/ sharing room.We booked queen room for two ppl. The room is very tiny.Only one person can move at time. The bathroom was small. Shower water was dripping out, no proper draining system.Room service was Okay.Breakfast was TERRIBLE. Need to climb 4 floor to have breakfast which is not even worth it.( other hotel served better turkish breakfast) Not WORTH our money.
- The room was really small so we didn't have a lot space for our baggages. The bathroom was flooded every single time we had a shower and practically there is not a door between the bathroom and rest of the room so is very uncomfortable. The breakfast was a big disappointment, was very poor and absolutely the worse in our experience in Turkey!Definitely for how much we paid we expected more.

A small hotel with 7 spacious rooms that are beautifully designed and insanely comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to public transportation and accessibility to all parts of the city. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, they helped us with everything we asked for.We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the city, a stunning view that can also be seen at breakfast on the hotel roof. There is no doubt that we will come back to stay again.
We did not have a negative experience
The room is clean and bed is comfortable in general. The location is good close to the Main Street. The staff is also friendly.
The only concern is no elevator. The room is at 4th floor which is a little tired.
Location, and room was ok.
Size of the room was small. Compare to the price we paid, we could have got better deal.
It was a cozy and quiet place.Everything was clean.
There was no elevator and the room was small. The noise outside was a bit annoying.
I really liked the hotel! The location is excellent, close to both Taksim metro station (5 min) and Istiklal (2 min). You can easily find grocery stores, takeaways, clothing stores, and parties. The room was not big, but cozy and clean. The hotel manager is just wonderful, always there and in touch, ready to prompt and help. I asked for an iron - after 2 minutes it was already in my room :) next to the hotel, the manager has a cute jewelry shop with beautiful jewelry - I advise you to look. In general, everything was great and in the end I extended the booking for +1 night. Definitely recommend!
I went to the hotel using the map in the application, as a result I went to another one. Be careful and look for the sign with the hotels name :)
Great staff, great people, booked taxis made breakfasts and let me and my mates sit on the terrace all night having some drinks and listening to music. Great vibes. Cool little boutique hotel
Location is very good and room has all the facilities needed, ie, fridge, kettle and cups, very good shower, hairdryer and friendly staff.
Noisy, especially at night when trying to sleep, but this will be same throughout the area, especially in the Sumner.Room is okay for one person but it would be cramped for 2. The frosted screen for the shower and toilet doesn't give much privacy!
I thought that the hotel was superbly located and it offered all the amenities I needed for my trip. I was also very impressed with the communication and friendliness of the staff and hotel owner.
The TV did not work and neither did the WiFi in my room unfortunately but luckily I was not in the room enough for it to be an issue.
Location of hotel, close to Taksim, view with balcony. Well appointed comfortable room. Value for money.
Breakfast was plain, could have had better coffee option. But sufficient.
Location is great eventhough you will have to climbe up the hill pretty much everyday. We were lucky we had a room with a view on Galata tower, very romantic. Rooms seem to be smaller than on the pictures, but more then enought if you are just going to sleep there. Room is quite clean, and a cleaning lady came everyday.
Breakfast if very mediocre: cereals, pancakes, omlete, slices of different stuff for sandwiches. However it is enough to start of a day.
Perfect location in best neighbourhood with staff beyond helpful to organise taxis and recommendations. Great choice for a weekend visit, with comfy big bed and clean bathrooms.
with central location in buzzing city comes a little noise at night. it wasn’t very bad, but bring oropax if you’re a light sleeper.
Great location. Walking distance to airport shuttle stop, and the walk is not steep. Very convenient for a short stay. Close to cafes, and there are people around in the evenings, so the area feels safe at night. It was clean.
Some of furnishings were worn out, but it was not a big deal.
Location, close to the metro, size of the room, the room was clean
The noises of the street, it is an area of the nightclubs, a lot of the people on the street, yelling, people with cars are passing during the night till 5 am with loud music. The rooms are not soundproof , the windows are not good quality to protect against the cold ore noise, the ceiling is not well painted some dust falling. We had a room in 202, and there are some water infiltrations near the window . We stayed for nights, and the television system failed, and the staff wasn't able to fix it. The sewage system of the shower doesn't work properly, so the water is accumulating in the shower. If you want to get rest by night, it is impossible, the small street in front of the hotel is full of people drinking an yelling, a lot of cars are passing after 00 till 6 a.m with powerful audio systems an with loud music. I will recommend this location for young and restless people.
Good location: subway, ferry, transfer to Istanbul Airport - all near by the hotel. Comfortable room for 2 persons. Good staff, good breakfasts. Wi-Fi.
Staff very friendly, The accommodation is centrally located, from the 2nd floor good view, clean, good breakfast for this price.
First tranfer from airport to the hotel didn't work. But after that everything worked out fine.Staff did everything what could possible!
perfect location, easy walk to shopping street and many cafes and bars. As single traveler I also felt very safe.
Fantastic position, beautiful room as expected from the images, helpful people.
The only 'problem' was that the room was on the top floor without elevator. But still not a big issue.
