Location is very centric

Is a very old hotel, but is a fair price

The location was good ,staff are excellent, love the breakfast, lovely..Room was clean but the toilets was not clean some days..You can access all the tour areas ,Bazarr,Blue Mosque and tram etc.

The courteous and helpful staff. They helped us plan some visits. The location is spot on. Most sites are walkable from the hotel. The breakfast was good

Bathroom a little tired. The guys out the front hassling me to eat in the restaurant.

The location of the hotel is the best, close to all historical sites and a tram stop. The staff in the hotels go out of their way to fulfill every request. I had a job interview on the first day of my stay, the staff even helped me to print the documents I needed. They had a great tour operator whom they work with, I had booked 2 tours and had a blast on both of them. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful, as this was my second time I stayed there, I wanted to mention Dawod, Atiq and Yogol, who were absolutely amazing ? ? ?

The best location, just a couple minutes walk to the tram, 10 minute walk to the Grand Bazar, the blue mosque and Haiga Sofia mosque, and 15 minutes walk to Topkapi palace. Don’t be afraid to use the tram it’s very easy and the hotel staff will explain everything in detail to you, they are AWESOME !

The area is a bit loud

Mr. Orkhan is the best hotel staff I’ve ever met in Turkey. He was so friendly and shared information with us. lotBreakfast was awesome! No jokes!

Breakfast was quite varied in offerings - hot food was not as hot as it should be - but this is a minor issue.

At first day the reception man was so rude with us and even he checked us out and refunded our booking. Then the manager came and talked to us. We changed the rooms several times the stay was not that good

The location is central, pretty close from Hagia Sophia mosque and grand bazar. Hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness- Quite a few things in the room were broken or dirty. The room was too dusty that it gave me allergies. I left the hotel with cold and cough. Walls were dirty and bathroom walls were moldy.

I travelled to Istanbul alone and for a woman this hotel is perfect! The location is strategic, very close to everything in the old town, walking distance to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, the Bazar, one of the oldest hammam.. the most important places to visit.. The Tram line is 5 minutes from the hotel as well. Very safe to walk to the holtel also in the night, with shops open until late and many nice restaurants, services, cafes. The hotel itself is linked to a very nice restaurant in the same building, and one evening when I was tired and I didn't want to search for a restaurant, I had dinner there and it was very good!The room was simple but clean, quite, and the bed very confortable, I slept very well. The staff was very very nice and ready to help! I felt at home and safe.I will return in this hotel next time!

Hotel staff were very responsive and co-operative, though the room was smaller than my expectation but were very clean, location was excellent .

The hotel was almost next to everything. So as for the location if someone doesn't want to walk a lot it's more than fine.

Let's start from the inside to outside. The pictures in booking are not representing what you get. Most probably these were taken 10-15 years ago. The room compared to those was quite smaller and definitely not in that condition. The bathroom was not properly cleaned when we arrived and generally needs renovation. Overall the room was different of what we selected to stay, not properly clean and over a very crowed street where restaurants catering was starting at 6am every day and for sure they would wake up you.

The location. The hotel is close to the Grand Bazaar. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

The shower cubicle is difficult to get into for big people.

Great room great location & breakfast was great as well.. the restaurant was always open & good food & service available. Handy to tourist sites & convenience shops . Helpful & pleasant staff.

Location was excellent.

There is noisy plumbing in the room. Sounded like water running all night. Blankets instead of sheets provided and bed not comfortable. Overall I wouldn't stay there again.
