Tempo Hotel 4levent

Nice, clean friendly staff

Cleanliness and people were responsive.

I just wish the location was better. We were pretty far from the big attractions.

We have been guests at Tempo for almost 5 years. The employees are great, friendly, cheerful, the rooms are clean, the location is great. We will be coming for many more years. Thank you from Macedonia.

Nothing special

Staf staf not friendly. Not parking in front of the hotel and difficult even to jump in taxi and causing trafick

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Even not all of them speak english they did all they could to satisfy our requests. The receptionist at my arrival was great.I received the room that I booked. The ladies from the kitchen were able to provide an early breakfast as I had to live earlier than the opening time of the dinning facility. Thank you for that. The location is in the heart of a typical turkish neighborhood at the end of a local shop street. If you want to feel the local vibe that's the place.Definitely will come back.

Staff was friendly. They lended me a usb-c charger for the night, printed out some documents for me, and let me borrow a pen. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. The extra water and small snacks was a nice bonus.

Sweets and free water in the room

No international TV channels

Everything was perfect :) The room was vary pleasant, tidy and comfortably bed, there is cleaning, the breakfast was very nice and delicious, the reception people's was very kind :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super kind and caring. The room was really clean and I had access to things that I needed.

The only thing that really bothered me was the noises coming in from outside during the night when I really needed to rest. It can easily fixed with soundproof windows.

We loved how friendly was the staff and how much they cared about us and especially Sinan who personally made sure that our stay is perfect!!!

It was good experience because rooms have a lot of different lights to choose. There was a good Wi-Fi connection and employees were very kind and tried to help me with everything.

Breakfast could be better.

Staff was so helpful and tried their best to assist me whenever I asked a question. Breakfast was better than I expected. There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel. You can reach the subway station in 5 minutes. Room was nice with complimentary water so that you can prepare your coffee inside the room.

I was expecting a better location since the hotel name indicates that the hotel is in 4. Levent.

cleanliness

the pillows were really uncomfortable and when I asked for better pillows as I cannot sleep with those, they told me they don't have any other type.

The price/quality ratio is good. Hotel staff was friendly. Room was spacious and equipped ok.

The location was not the best.

Good location, near to bus stop and mosque. A lot of grocery stores and cafe nearby

Problems with electronic door key, sometimes stop working and you should come to reception for activation of your key

Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff. Hotel staff speaks English, that is a big plus for Istanbul. The administration kindly helped resolving all issues. Particularly I would like to mention Deniz who works at the reception.

I have been to the hotel several times already, but the penultimate time I was not lucky with local internet connection - there were interruptions. Fortunately this did not interfere with my business trip.

The hotel is modern, all nesessary amenities are there. The breakfast is great. Good beds

We have booked two rooms. One we had to change because of the smoke smell, another was ok but still some smell of smoke. The streat nearby is quite noisy.

Nice room, polite staff. Close to Liv hospital.

There are almost no interesting places in the area around hotel.

Breakfast is diverse and really decent. Comfy and large rooms, friendly staff
