One of the best hotels I stayed in , professional staff, efficient housekeeping, delicious breakfast , comfortable and clean rooms, loved the interior design of the hotel , service went beyond my expectations and was done with love and simplicity.Thank you to Jad at the front desk , always smiling and very friendly person . The location was great.

The air conditioners were so hot. Even though they provided other room for better AC but still it was hot. In addition both rooms bathrooms were in poor condition the tap was overflowing and bath had water leakage. Moreover, the receptionist made us paid the amount for our stay. However booking.com already deducted the amout before my arrival and they informed us to contact booking.com.

Our flight was delayed and we had a very late check in, the staff offered us late check out which was very nice gesture. We loved our brief stay and would definitely be coming back for our future trip to Istanbul

Very beautiful, the employees were so kind and helpful. There was an issue with my booking and the reception Manager Furkan was able to resolve it. I advised the concierge team that my partner and I had just gotten engaged and they prepared a special treat in our room which was so magical, it really made our stay so exceptional. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful. It’s very close by to the ferries which was very convenient!

Bidet spout was not adjustable and we found that unlike the other bathrooms we used, it wasn’t useful because of the angle. We weren’t able to get hot water from the shower it was always just warm but never hot. TV was not a smart TV so didn’t have applications like Netflix or Disney

Incredible staff and a wonderful stay

Breakfast was limited and the menus in ISTOO was boring. Other than that we loved our stay.

Location was amazing, view from our room exceptional and the hotel even has a few of its own cats ?

The room was nice, with good amenities. Concierge was really helpful and efficient.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment, they had nothing international nor Turkish except eggs to order which too they messed up 3 times! Staff at breakfast was rude and just didn’t care. Glad we took it just for a day. City view was a joke. It was basically parking view!

Absolutely top notch outstanding hotel, 5 star customer service, room, food and real Turkish hospitality. Spa is a must, we did hamam for two and it was luxurious and unforgettable experience. Breakfast was fabulous. Mr.Mehmet who works in a lounge, we cannot thank you enough for all you did for us - treating us with fresh figs, framing our photo???you are a true gentleman and kind person. There is no other hotel in the world that treats you like this.

Room and bed was very comfy, service and staff were very friendly.

Dinner had very limited options. IST TOO service was quite slow and the food wasn't too great.

Excellent location, great hotel. The chinese restaurant disappointed me, but the international restaurant is fabulous.

The hotel is fine.

The staff is awful. First - no one speaks or understands English or any languages besides Turkish. They will not answer any of your questions or will help you with anything. Concierges will push you to the activities/restaurants from where he gets kick back. the front desk is useless. Restaurant is lousy. There is a metal detector, but if you are coming with branded shopping bags you don’t have to put them into metal detector - makes no sense.

No air exchange in rooms and humidity gathers

I liked the location, the room view was so good directly to the Bosphorus, the staff was helpful starting with Ismail, Engun in the restaurant, Mustafa in room cleaning, Sarkan at the concierge, spa was so good

Bc i was extending my stay multiple times, the process of checking out and in for every extension wasn’t easy and I didn’t like. One of the receptionist treated me unwell, thank god the supervisor was there and made it easier. I wish there was another gate or door to the Bosphorus side.
