Villa Business Hotel Istanbul Airport

I recently stayed one night at Villa Business Hotel Istanbul Airport and had an excellent experience. The room was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and the location is very convenient, with only about a 25-minute drive to the airport. Our driver was punctual, friendly, and very helpful throughout the journey.What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the female receptionist. She welcomed us warmly right from the entrance and assisted us with everything we needed in a very attentive and professional manner. As we had to leave very early in the morning, she thoughtfully prepared tea and a box of fresh fruit, and sandwiches for us to take away, which we greatly appreciated.This hotel is a fantastic option for travellers who are looking for somewhere comfortable, reliable, and close to the airport. We highly recommend it.

The girl that was in reception on arrival was very polite and kind. She greeted us with a smile & showed us to our room. She offered some tea and it arrived quickly with some Turkish delights. She made a great impression on us. Dinner was ok.Room was comfortable.

I had booked the hotel and transfer together. I had asked would the driver be at the airport on arrival and was told yes he will be there. When we arrived I contacted them to say we were waiting at the appointed spot for pick up. It was at least 15 to 20 min before the driver arrived. We were very tired after traveling. We are both in our 60ies, one nearly 70!During the night another couple came to their room, we barely heard them but the hotel guy that showed them the room was very loud, we could hear everything he said to the couple. He didn't seem to care if anyone was sleeping!We had paid for a breakfast for 2 people (included in the booking, couldn't book without it), but our flight was early so hotel was not serving breakfast at this time. We had asked the previous night about breakfast and were promised a sandwich box and a drink, We said yes please. When we arrived at reception the following morning there was no sign of the sandwich box and drink. When I asked the guy on reception I was told he could order it from the kitchen and I would have to wait 15mins. This did not suit us as we needed to get to the airport for our flight.

The rooms soundproofing is bad

The location is great if you are looking for a hotel near the airport but it is not super close. It is about 20 minutes ride. I love that the hotel is close to the beach and quiet which gives different vibe from downtown Istanbul. Walking along the beach was very pleasant if you have times. The staffs are kind and helpful. Bed was comfy enough. Room is quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

Amazing Hotel! I booked a room for my Mom for layover, they took great care of her. Personal speaks perfect russian which happened to be a great bonus for my Mom who doesn't speak any english. She felt safe and welcomed, they upgraded her room for Sea View, gave her presents and she had an amazing breakfast! The location and room are very quiet, which provides a good night of rest. Very clean and pretty too :) Best experience so far in hotels near IST airport. We'll definitely come back :) Thank you!

Great 1 night layover stay close to IST. We had them book transport for us too, which was seamless. Nice view from room. Dinner was good. The owners and staff are lovely and so helpful. I would recommend.

Their website says they have a bar, and some booking sites also say there is a sauna. There is neither. So just be aware.Decor is modern Turkish, which to me is kind of 80s disco. Not a big deal at all though and photos are accurate.

The location is 12.1 KM beyond the airport.. The hotel is very small with nothing around it. Boring and no eating options. The room is small without one place to put clothes. A/C does not work. The menu is very limited and expensive in the attached cafe..

It was clean, very welcoming, had everything needed in the room, the breakfast was incredible, and the service exceptional, Rza makes it very convenient to check in by speaking multiple languages and the past midnight check in was appreciated. All staff members were friendly and polite.

20 minutes from airport, short scenic walk to the Black Sea, cute sea town, excellent service!

Everything was on top level,location is good,near the seaside,the view,room was clean and comfort,wi fi was strong,staff very professional and polite. Looking forward to come back again

They made us feel like family instead of just guests. They took extra care to meet our needs.

Every thing exceeded our expectations. Beautiful place. The water views, the food,the service was all excellent.

Other than the property being on the newer side everything else was poor. The staff weren’t helpful other than only one person. As we were checking out, they dropped one of our bags so badly that some items in my carryon broke. We had to remove them and toss them out. They deducted $10 from our taxi fee.

The room was comfortable, including a balcony and a lovely view of the sea. There was also a sea view from the bathtub, and I had the most wonderful, relaxing bath in the morning after breakfast. The dining room was very nice, and the breakfast was large and excellent! Best Turkish coffee I have ever had in my life!

The property is quite a long drive from the airport, and I had issues with reserving and meeting my airport transfer. Communication was a little difficult overall with staff, both virtually and in-person. The bathroom sink was not fully cleaned and did not function well.
