The Now Hotel

The hotel was excellent and very clean. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Eman, who was very supportive and assisted us by upgrading our room to a larger one. We truly appreciated her help. Highly recommended.

Every thing was perfect

Myself and my two teenage children had a 24 hour layover and we came to the now hotel. The location was exceptional. Close to all the nice restaurants and Taksim Square. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. It was a great way to see a bit of Istanbul.

The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager, Mustafa has a very good team and a special thank you to Houria, the receptionist who went the extra mile to help us. The breakfast was very nice and the waiter Husien was very polite and helpful.

The picture of the room does not reflect the actual size. A very small room for 3 persons.

Property is in the exact location where we had gone.Staff excellent special about MR. Mahmood and Ms Hurriya take care us well.We booked for 2 days but we extended for another 2 days

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Me and my wife would especially like to thank Huriye and Mustafa, the people who are always friendly to you and are always ready to help! Huriye was incredibly kind and sweet, her warm attitude made our stay even more pleasant!! Breakfast was incredibly delicious, the room was cozy and spotless, the location is also very convenient!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for our tourist needs, very close to the train and tram network.

I recently stayed at The Now Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, and I’d like to give special recognition to Horiya, who made my stay even more enjoyable. We would like to give overall score 10 out of 10 for The Now Hotel and highly recommend this hotel. Let me recap some positive sides that we feel:1. The location is good, very close to Taksim Square2. They help us keeping our luggages from 2 days before our stay3. They give us a late check out until 13.304. The staffs are very helpful, especially Huria and others. They help us moving our luggages, even bring it to the Taksim MosqueHowever, we suggest they can improve the breakfast, for example adding cereals and milk can be a good option for kids.

Clean, simple and and comfortable hotel , stategically located. Good value for the price.

1. If you want rooms next to each other, you book the same type of rooms. The Manager , Mr Moustafa helped us to arrange the need.2. If u allergy to smoke from ciggaretted/ hookah, you request higher floor of which all rooms are non-smoking room. Anyway, it seems that Istanbul is the City of Smoking, practically these smokers smoke everywhere, in the Istiklal street, it is practically the smoking street. Something Tukiye lacks of to accommodate non smoking.3. For the rate, u get what u pay.4. Cleaning is practically only on request.5. Rooms are quiet.

I hope the owner will install the doors separating the restaurant and the hotel.

I booked a suite and asked them if I can get 3 beds instead of 1 twin size and 1 queen size. They did it. However they moved us to a much smaller room that is not a suite for 4 nights. Eventhough I paid for a suite and didn't get it for 4 nights, I also didn't get a refund for those nights.

- The location is perfect, very close to Taksim Square!- The team is very kind and respectful; they take care of your needs and prioritize your satisfaction. Customer service is excellent!- The triple room was decent—neither too big nor too small!- The breakfast was also good!--------------------------------------------------Overall, the Now Hotel is a great place to stay, whether you're with friends, as a couple, or with family!

At the entrance of the hotel, there is a shisha café, and you access the hotel from there... so if the smell doesn't bother you and you're not asthmatic, it's fine

Good location. The cleaning was A bit on the down side. Poor breakfast, with few options

We stayed for 6nights and we liked everything about the hotel . It's a very clean hotel with good staff , especially 'Mustafa' the manager of the hotel . The location is the best part , you have access to metro or bus station whitin minutes and you feel safe when you come back late at night.

Everything was perfect, Fast check in and check outLocation, clean furniture.Staff was friendly and helpful specially reception Lady Houriya, she was very helpful and available anytime we need support or guidance.Highly recommend.

My experience wasn’t good with the hotel at all. First the rooms are extremely small although i changed to a bigger room but yet too small without any cupboards shelf’s or drawers just a tiny hangers.. the hotel Moroccan receptionist was extremely rude and insulted me and her manager slapped her cuz she used bad words and bullied me.. other stuff were polite and apologized. The rooms at the fifth floor extremely noisy maybe a motor working all day and night.. the only good thing is the hotel location.. i don’t recommend it all …

Location is very good,staff very pleasant

Noisy in the night , and they promised to over come this issue
