Staff at reception. They told me I did not have free breakfast when my booking did say so. Another time, they denied by partner to be part of my room booking. They were not cooperative both times.

I highly recommend this hotel.Great location, everything is within walking distance and easy to explore on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, which made the stay even more pleasant.The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food options. At check-in, they kindly upgraded our room, and at check-out they helped me arrange a taxi to the airport.Special thanks to Berat and Ugur for their warm hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.

This is the 6 time for me in istanbul and this hotel was the best of them. The staff, the cleanest and the location is excellent.

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The location of the hotel is 10/10 considering everything is a walking distance. The tram station is close by, hagia sophia/blue mosque are also not that far. Moreover, the hotel itself is clean with a very decent breakfast and an exceptional team (Fateh at the front desk who was extremely helpful, Rabia at the breakfast etc). We would like to stay in the same hotel even on our next trip.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul- Sirkeci was excellent!.Everything was perfect!. This hotel has an excellent and perfect location!. It is walking distance from many wonderful points of interest like the Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar, the Basilica Cistern, and the Galata Bridge in Eminönü. The hotel is also situated close to the tram, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. This is why I have to state that the location of this hotel is fantastic and very convenient!. The staff is very welcoming, kind, helpful, polite, and very friendly.Special thanks to Fatih, Burak, Sebahat, and many other others, who made my stay at this hotel memorable!. It was also very nice to see the porters at the entrance of the hotel always smiling and welcoming the guests. I want to thank everyone for their hospitality, and for providing a vital human touch!. My room was always very clean and impeccable, and the temperature was always very nice. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the shower in the bathroom. I really felt at home in this hotel!. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi, and the fast internet was excellent and very reliable. I loved the free goodies in the room courtesy of the hotel and also the complementary water every day. I wil definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!!!.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sirkeci Istanbul, and I cannot praise this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every aspect of my stay was flawless.The service was genuinely outstanding and felt very personal. I would especially like to mention Ersin, Berat, Jacob, Ugur, Rabia, and Taha, who were all absolutely fantastic. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made my stay unforgettable.The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, perfectly located, and offers excellent facilities. However, it is the staff that truly make this place special — their warmth and dedication are second to none.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and I will most definitely be returning. Thank you to the entire team for such an exceptional experience!

The location was great, the staff too were so helpful and kind specially Rabia and Ugur much thank to all the staff for making our stay more relaxing and enjoyable.

I booked two nights at this wonderful hotel. Their prices are great, and their location is centrally located with shops useful for tourists. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The room size isn't ideal due to the balcony, but the cleanliness, comfort, and security are very acceptable. Special thanks to Ugurn and Berat, the reception staff they are wonderful and dedicated to their work. They helped us a lot in enjoying our stay. I wish them continued success. Next time I visit Turkey, I will choose the same hotel, inshallah

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location, very close to trem station Gulhane. It is 1 stop away to Sultanahmet station (blue mosque and hagia spohia) and one stop away (on the other direction) to Serkeci station where a lot of stuff are happening. The location suits us very much because it’s not too crowded but easy and convenient to explore the old city of Istanbul. The receptionist was super friendly, we were offered a free breakfast upgrade for the 3 days we stayed there. Highly recommended ??

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—close to everything, with more than one transportation option nearby. The staff were always kind and helpful, and they responded to my concerns with great care and professionalism. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location, excellent staff, very clean and comfortable. We had a large suite, so our stay was very relaxing, with comfortable lounge furniture, a very good bed, and clean carpet!We both became ill during our stay (not the fault of the hotel) and all the staff were extraordinarily helpful in arranging medical attendance and in showing genuine concern for our health. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short. We didn't see much of the sights, but we will always remember how friendly, helpful and supportive the staff were at our time of need.

A couple of small issues.Breakfast was not to our taste. The rooftop restaurant was also a bit disappointing in terms of ambience and menu. Others might disagree.We found our room to have low levels of lighting, even with every light turned on, to the point of frustration in the lounge area in particular. The mini bar fridge was simply too small.

This is my second time staying here, and the service was excellent once again. The staff were genuinely professional, and Jacob and Fatih stood out with their attention and quick response. They clearly care about guest comfort.

The ramp for people with disabilities needs improvement, as its current design is not practical and makes use difficult. I hope it can be upgraded to be safer and more accessible.

The hotel´s location is excellent, the breakfast was tasty, the room was clean and spacious, good sound control.

The shower door allowed for water to leak out, it could be a slip hazard.
