Sisli Family Time Suites

The location is perfect The size of the room is greatThe washing machine, coffee and tea makers, stove are great additions to the roomThe staff are very friendly and helpful

The room wasn’t cleaned daily We had dishes stay in the sink

Comfort, location, clean, personal

Light in the rooms and pillows

Excellent location, reasonable price, friendly staff. A large terrace in case you are smoker.

Location is perfect near Cevahir mall which is good for shopping and eating and also there’s a metro station very close

Nothing really to mention

Staff, cleanliness, room size, proximity to metro. It is a much better alternative to a hotel in that area.

There was a noise in the corridor every couple minutes from the electric panel. If you are a light sleeper you may hear it during the night. Closet was rather small and incovenient to use.

Well located, clean and big rooms. Staff were helpful.

There was a loud sound like a big fan coming out from the bathroom that kept me awake at night. Other than that I have no comment.

Nice place to stay if you travel with your family. The hotel is clean, and the furniture and appliances are all in excellent condition. The staff is great at supporting you with any request.

The reception staff were absolutely wonderful — very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated that they spoke Arabic, which made communication easy and comfortable. The king suite was spacious, clean, and well-designed, offering plenty of room to relax. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for both comfort and service.

Very good staff, nice apartment, very clean and comfortable, nice location

Very neat and comfortable. The staff were very nice and polite. I and my family spent a nice time there and I advice everyone to try it specially if you have family.

Location was perfect! All things in the hotel were new: towels, dishes, furniture etc. The Room has a lot of space. Very comfortable. And staff were friendly and very helpful.

Our room was dark. Even on sunny days. Maybe because it was on the 1st floor and our windows were opposite the walls of the neighboring building. But I really felt depressed there. Don’t recommend to get a room on the 1st floor. Room number was 1002. There was not a glass for the toothbrushes. I used bardaks from the kitchen. And a ventilation noise in the bathroom was a bit disturbing.

Great location close to the shopping mall and metro station. Staff is nice and friendly, great place to stay for a family.

Not every 5 or 4 stars hotel means you will have a good service, and vice versa, not every low stars rated hotel has a bad staff service. This was an old hotel that was renovated completely almost 8 -10 months ago, so the furniture is still new. Every floor has 2 suites only, which means a big space eventually. In the suite i have stayed in, it had everything you need for the kitchen. 1 Bathroom prepared with everything you need, 2 bedrooms (each one has it's own seperate AC, one of them has a smart TV ready with all streaming platforms like netflix) in addition to the living room which has also it's own AC and smart TV) and can use it's sofa to sleep on. Location wise, it is perfect and around 2-4 minutes walking distance from Cevahir mall and around 5 min from Sisli metro station.Bonus, there is always a turkish tea pot and a coffee machine at the lobby free for customers 24/7 hours. It is true that booking.com did not give any star to this hotel, but i can give 10 stars to begin with specifically for their staff. The warming welcomes, the constant welling to help you with anything you need without you even asking snd with a smile also, the swift and quick action when you need help is everything you need from a staff of any hotel. Big thanks to both the Sudanese staff and both Syrian staff they were a joy and a really give positive energy on this hotel (I'm really sorry i didn't catch their names). In the end, the price is very reasonable and it is really a value for money for what you get.

Nothing in specific, except maybe for the main door of the suite it was a little hard to close and needs some force to do so (minor point).

We had a really pleasant stay at your hotel! The peaceful environment, great location—especially being close to the metro—and the flat entrance made our stay very comfortable, especially since we were traveling with an elderly guest. We’d like to sincerely thank the management and the kind, cooperative staff, especially Mr. Ahmad, Ibrahim, Muaz, and Mohammad, as well as the other team members we didn’t directly interact with. We truly hope the quality of service remains just as high in the future, and that prices stay balanced and affordable as much as possibleWishing continued success to your great team—hope to see you again in the future!

The only negative point, which may have been specific to our unit, was the awkward position of the kitchen faucet. It was difficult to reach while washing dishes, putting strain on the back and causing discomfort. We mentioned this to the staff as a friendly suggestion.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, but the best part was the amazing staff—especially Ebrahim ,Ahmad and Mua. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Any time we needed something, they brought it quickly and with a smile. One night my father got sick, and the staff were so supportive—they called an ambulance right away and stayed with us to help. I’m truly thankful. This hotel made our trip very comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!
