Mas Suites Nisantasi

Location, staffs

Having washing machine and dishwasher and no refrigerator in room

First time in this hotel, great experience and an amazing staff, especially Semih, who was very helpful and kind with us. If you visit Istambul, Mas Suites Nisantasi is a must ?

Location.. size of the room and the staff.

First of all, the bed was not comfortable, and the bed sheets were not changed from the day we arrived until the day we checked out — meaning they were not changed for 5 days.Even the bed was not properly made when the room was cleaned; it was done very poorly. The bathroom was dirty and was not properly cleaned. They only changed the towels and provided soap and shampoo. On one of the days, there was no hot water, and we were told that it was out of order.Overall, cleanliness is 0 out of 10.

I had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent from start to finish. Albert at the reception was especially amazing — so welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. It made things even easier that he spoke Arabic so well. All the employees were kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious. Nice spa.

Perfect location, very big comfy room, prompt service and extremely nice and helpful staff

Nothing at all! It is perfect

Spacious room, clean, friendly receptionist staff, good location

Ordinary breakfast not ready early, little space for elevator, old carpet, no soundproof

Location. “I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Salma at the reception. She was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her kindness and attention made my stay at Mas Suites Nişantaşı even more enjoyable. Truly outstanding service!”

The location was excellent. The room was clean and the staff were nice. Our mattress was not comfortable, but they changed our room, and we received a better one. It would be good to have instructions on how to use the safe, we had to call somebody to set it up, and let us know how it works.

It did not have a gym

Maintaining a clean and comfortable space is truly appreciated. The attention to detail provided enhanced our stay considerably. A tidy room contributes significantly to a relaxing experience. Thank you for creating such a pleasant environment. We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the two-bedroom accommodations. SPECIAL THANKS TO ERDAL AND ASLAN

Everything was great

Its location is perfect just infront of the citi’s mall Its in the middle of everything in Nishantashi

I have extended my stay in the hotel because of the location and staff extremely helpful and respectful.

The location and staff were more than great!

The beds were low in the main bedrooms and the toilet door was broken but got fixed same time! ??

I liked everything especially location.

I do not like the pillows. They were so uncomfortable unfortunately. And that the property do not have a window. Next time i will mention about the window before registration.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly and we had a great time! The hookah restaurant on the top floor was always a great time.

Cleanliness could’ve been a bit better, the shower head had a little bit of buildup on it but it was from the minerals in the water so it wasn’t worrisome.

The hospitality of the staff specially Albert, Sehmuz and Fatih They gave the place more value .Clean, quiet, organized rooms.I will book with them again in my next trip to Istanbul.

Well located! Staff was amazing, polite, helpful ! In particular Serhat!

Great customer service, terrific location. Large space.

A lot of the cutlery, cups, silverware, etc. We’re missing from the apartment. We were also missing a chair from the dining room table.

The cleaners would do a great job every day and all the staff were very professional and helpful. Great cleanliness and service consistently
