Deluxe Golden Horn Sultanahmet Hotel

The staff are friendly and helpful. Location was perfect as its within walking distance to all the main attractions in Istanbul...i.e: Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Spice Bazaar and Grand Bazaar...and restaurants!

The hotel advertise Airport shuttle service but shuttle was not there to pick us up after a very long 10 hr flight...although arrangements was made.

Excellent location, good breakfast, lobby is very impressive for a hotel of this price range. Probably now my favorite hotel in Sultanahmet area.

Staff, location, and view from breakfast area.

It's a charming hotel well positioned and with excellent breackfast an views.

Staff and location

Location is perfect, room is spacious, breakfast was memorable - lots of variety and can feed seagulls from the terrace and not to forget the stunning view (both sunrise and Sultanahmet/ Blue Mosque) during breakfast is just speechless. Lots of love.

Good breakfast, great location. Staff is friendly.

AC units in the rooms are not the greatest. Very hot in the rooms.

The location was good but the hotel needs a big improvements towels were ripped /old bathroom showers needs improvements there was no dresser to put your clothe they need a dresser and we asked for queen bed they put the 2singles made it into queen felt like Asian /Europe side

Comfort and staff would offer some guests Tra or coffe not everyone the breakfast you need more options as well Rooms need to have Ironboard / iron there’s many things missing for 4 star hotel

Location is very convenient. Close to many local attractions

Small rooms and hallways could be cleaner and sometimes smell bad

Property location is good

Property house keeping staff is very friendly specially MIs Fatima is very nice and hardworking lady

Location is perfect, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. The views from our balcony were amazing. Overall very happy with our stay.

Towels are old and need to be replaced.

Super convenient location walkable to many highlights. Tram equally accessible to go further. Buy Istanbulkart card at vending machines. Very reasonable. We used like hop on hop off. Fredita & Gul kept our room spotless. Even provided a thick foam mattress topper & extra pillows we requested. Breakfast was included. Shop til you drop. Surrounded by SO many shops. Food is everywhere. Highly recommend!

All ? ? good!

The staff and the breakfast view in additional to the location

The park in front of the hotel is noisy at night and disturbs your sleep

Location

Standard room, no coffee , no a/c, no iron, no lift.

Very good location in the city center. The staff was very kind and meet all our expectations. The restaurant has a very good view and a very tasty food. Definitely a place to return anytime with pleasure for the best holiday moments.
