Santa Rio Gold Taxim Hotel

Super friendly staff, very accommodating, reasonable price and clean place

This property is extremely noisy. It was very difficult to get any sleep. It’s on a super busy road and it didn’t get quiet until 5am most nights even weekdays.

Cleanliness.

The bathroom hand soap stinks horribly. We stayed in two separate rooms and both times the soap was horrible.

Stayed at this hotel in Istanbul this past week and honestly loved it! The location is perfect, super central and my superior room was spotless and surprisingly quiet at night (which I didn’t expect in taksim). The staff are just the nicest, always ready to help with anything we needed. Room was cleaned every single day, the bathroom was huge and the water pressure is amazing! They even offer free drinks at the reception which is such a nice touch. Definitely booking here again whenever I come back to Istanbul.

AC, cleanness, and location

Room size, hotel facilities

The staff were amazing, the location was great, property very clean but the room very small even you can’t bring anything to eat because no space inside the room

Everything

Location is great. Staff were very nice and helpful. The building was recently renovated. Rooms were clean. Air conditioning and flat TV in each room Free Turkish coffee and tea any time at the front disk.

Rooms were too small but manageable. Not much noise isolation. Istanbul is a live city 24 hours. So we were always hearing something going on even after midnight.

It was a nice hotel, staff were very friends and helpful with us since we arrived super early before the check in. They try to accommodate us to another hotel until our room was ready.

The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff.A special shoutout to Mohad and Salma, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch that made us feel right at home.

Terrific! Very clean hotel. The entire staff was welcoming, kind, and attentive.A big thank you to the Salma, Saliha, Amal, and Sara, who were very welcoming, cheerful, and insightful!

Cozy and stylish hotel with very friendly staff. Very convenient location..

I had a fantastic experience at the Santa Rio Gold Taksim Hotel! The staff was extremely welcoming and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The location is perfect - very close to Taksim Square and the main tourist sites.. Very good access to public transport. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean hotel with excellent service in the heart of Taksim.I recomend Santa Rio Gold-Taksim. I will definitely come back again!

Location & polite very accomodating group of staff

Hilly with several inclines we have to walk up & down to.

Great hotel! Clean bed, hot shower, cozy and comfortable room! Delicious tea and very attentive staff! I recommend! I will come to this hotel again!

Perfect hotel to stay in taksim area. Selma from reception and the whole staff was very helpful

Everything was ok at the hotel

Still new

The size of the room is definitely not 35sqm. Looks different from the photo.

Location is close to Taksim square. The workers there were kind.

‏There is excavation work, so it was noisy.Rooms are tight

Their rooms are great very neat and new Their receptionist was very helpful and all the staff also were very helpful

Nothing all was great

Clean, new, immaculate, excellent location, friendly helpful staff.

Room was small tight no room for smallest suitcase, ideal with single bed but shouldn’t have double bed in there, but everything about the hotel was above excellent apart from the size of the room.
