Receptionist. She was super kind.

The pictures are fake. Maybe 15 years ago the room was similar. The street looks horrible. The building too. Room was dark, our view was a firewall. Almost everything was broken or wrong in the room. The door was wrong. Windows are not working properly. Air condition system was super dirty. Shower looked unhealthy to use. WiFi sometimes worked. Tv chanels are not available. "double bed", mattress and bed clothes no comment... There were simply cut cables on the wall. I can't understand the reviews. Seems fake.

Little bit cold

I liked the lamp! that was the only good thing in this horrible hotel.

Everything! The location, the building, the room, the bed, the bathroom. everything was like shit!

I chose the location because it is 150 meters from the event I came for. The host is very friendly and helped me with everything I asked for. My room had a lovely balcony full of cacti, aloe... I did not expect for such a low price to have silence,warmth, proximity to all types of transport.

Street is dirty

The rooms of this hotel are clean and the friendly staff wanted a crib for our baby and they immediately brought it and ordered salep for us.

Nothing for now

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I took the opportunity to visit the Hagia Sophia museum,as it was close to the metro.

What to like; the bed (firm) the owner and staff, really sweet and helpful, the room is good sized, very quiet and fairly cheap. Very close to train and metro. (I took the metro back to the airport.)

At first the neighborhood looked sketchy. But it never actually felt dangerous while I was there. Day or night.

Good location, underground, shops and restaurants are very near. Quiet street and kind personnel.

Dirty bedsheets from the first say Dirty smell in toilet Nobody care to bring toilet paper as much as a asked. The bedsheets or towels was never clean within the 4 days out stay there The water was so bad in the shower i could not care a shower . The only channels was turkish local on tv and uyou can not go out its a scary place

The hotel was very good. The reception bought us coffee and tea. Even though we arrived early, they helped us a lot and we checked in early. We provided transportation to Yalova. The ferry was 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Location is great, 3 minute walk from terminal station of 3 transit lines - metro, tram, and monorail. The staff is helpful and caring.

Soundproofing is far from ideal, some paint peeling here and there as result of flood damage.

Disappointing

The windows didn’t close properly, the curtains were dirty, the mattress kept sliding apart, and the door to the room wouldn’t lock. The location was bad, too. The only positive was the polite staff. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was very nice. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful.

The most valuable thing is the welcoming hotel with a great location. The facility is in very good condition. The services were fully met during my stay.

There were some TV channels missing from the facility, but it was not a problem.

Mr. Benjamin welcomed us, offered us tea and coffee, it was a very clean and safe hotel, it was very close to our hospital, it was easy to reach Şişli, we used the metro and reached our hospital easily. The Ido ferry was next to the hotel and from there we went to Yalova and the islands and visited, it was very nice to be central.

İ was there with my family for a week exploring Turkey. Very convinient accesing Metro,Marmaray,taksim Hagia Sophia close by.the staff were very helpful guiding me and ensuring a great stay . made the whole experience worth it.
