The workers were fighting with each other. I asked for scissors to cut the label off my clothes, but they said they didn't have any and were aggressive. There was no toothbrush and the bed sheets were dirty and stained.

They musn`t work in the HORECA sector

When arriving I didn’t have high expectation but the staff members were soo nice and so was the hotel. Coming to Istanbul for the first time I will defiantly come back and stay here. Location was perfect not too far from blue mosque.

They have a wheelchair and the guy helped me to reach the suit. Everyone is super friendly and wanted to help. Breakfasts were also tasty

Location is great,very clean hotel,necessary toiletery in the bathroom,breakfast was a very good touch to the stay.Very pleased with a service and cleanliness !!!!Great job!

You get what you pay for . I came to Istanbul to have surgery and thought I was doing myself a favor by finding a new affordable hotel. The room itself was nice and a few staff members as well, but the bad DEFINITELY outweighed the good. 1. The included breakfast is recycled food that people don’t eat. I noticed a piece of cheese had a black spot on it so I didn’t eat it , and returned my partially finished plate. The next day I received same exact piece of cheese with stale bread that I hadn’t finished the day before.2. We ordered dinner to our room based on the menu that was told to us that day, two days we received different food than what was described, and two days we received ICE COLD meals, that were inedible and still had to pay for them.3. They provided a car service from the airport, but the car was over an hour late and the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone to help us navigate the situation. 4. We were double charged for the car service and have yet to receive a refund. 5. The worst part by far are the BLARING ALARMS that went off almost every night. They said it was because I different occupant was smoking, but they were extremely unapologetic saying that this is how things are in non western countries. This was unacceptable as it sounds like an incoming bomb alert and occurred almost nightly between 12-3AM. This made it very difficult to rest and relax after surgery.6. Bottled waters were limited although we stayed 8 nights and couldn’t use the tap. 7. Our key card would randomly stop working throughout the day. 8. Someone randomly walked into our room while we were in there for no reason. Our stay was about $485 for eight nights so if you’re looking for a bargain in a great neighborhood this is the hotel for you, however will all the issues I cannot say I would recommend it.

Nice room with a spacious balcony, great amenities, and a convenient location. Breakfast was tasty, and the receptionists were super helpful. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay. Highly recommend!

We liked everything, absolutely everything; from the staff, to the confort of the rooms and the hotel itself. It was a home away from home.And we can’t wait to return.They have parking, a must if you are tarvelling by car. The hotel It’s just a few minutes away by car from the main attractions in Istanbul.The breakfast is indeed by plate, but enough for one adult, it contains everything. And if you get tired of what you receive in the plate and ask the staff nicely, they can help you something else. They don’t make up the rooms daily, but you have a card you can hang on the handle of the door saying you need cleaning, and by the time you come back, you’ll find your room spotless again.

The walls very thick, like from paper - very noisy place. Room without windows looks strange.At the departure day the elevator was not in operation

We booked this hotel at the last moment, and the price was very reasonable. It was near our bus station. We arrived late at night, at 4:30am and the reception was open and ready to check us in. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV. The breakfast was not a buffet but everything was served fresh and the waiter was very helpful and met our needs.At first we reserved only one night but then we came back because it was a very nice hotel.The location was okay, you could use public transportation to go to attractions (30-40min). Overall, we had a great stay

The second stay in the bathroom there was no hot water in the faucet, only in the shower.

It is a new hotel that deserves the money you give in every way, the rooms are spotless, the staff meets all your requests perfectly, it is impossible not to leave this hotel happy. The location of the hotel is very close to central places like Beşiktaş and Eyüp, I thank all the staff for everything.. :)

The hotel is really worth its price both in terms of its location and cleanliness. Enes Bey was very helpful at check-in. He answered all our questions and helped us sort out our work. Koray Bey met all our billing needs at check-out and offered various refreshments. Thank you for everything. I will choose this place again when I come to Istanbul again…
