The hotel was beautiful and very clean, not to mention in a perfect area! I was walking distance from all the major sites and the staff was kind and helpful with suggestions for where to explore!

It was a truly wonderful stay at ERBA Sultanahmet Hotel in Istanbul! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the main historical sights, yet the hotel itself feels calm and cozy.What stood out most to me was the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Every interaction was warm and genuine, and they went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. You can really feel their dedication to hospitality, which added a very personal touch to the experience.The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Brand new, small size hotel with excellent location and very good value for money

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Sultanahmet! The rooms were spacious and clean, the location was great and the staff were fantastic!

This hotel had a great Location with value for money. A newly renovated hotel with 9 rooms which is cleaned daily (we opted out of that) and an Ahmed who was always helpful and eager to please at anytime and spoke great English. We stayed in the superior room which which was fine at 22sqmThey organised our airport hotel transfer for €50 each way and it worked well. We didn’t get asked for additional monies by the driver but tipped him TL 200. There is a great coffee shop right next door too with good flat whites on offer. ?

This is a family run hotel and exceeded all expectations for our first time in Istanbul. Clean, comfortable, superb location, blue mosque and Hagia Sophia are literally across the road! As well as the museum. We used Instagram to find where to eat from and again lots of nice places close by. The hotel staff and owners were super friendly, told us where we should visit with very good recommendations and what to look out for. I would recommend this to all and will definitely book again for our next visit. Location is as superb! We asked for an iron and this was provided imminently. A special thank you to the owner and his sister who made our stay one to remember! Thank you!

From the moment I arrived, the team at Erba Hotel made me feel like I was part of their family. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care made this stay unforgettable. What surprised me the most is that for such a prime location and the exceptional service I received, the price was incredibly affordable. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, but it’s the people who truly make it feel like home. It’s rare to find a place that gives you this level of heart and hospitality.

Helpful staff, especially Fatih Sultan! I would just say that ,as in the rest of Istanbul, I would expect more people in Hospitality to speak English (including the staff here)

The hotel is recently refurbished with all anyone may need for a short period of time. Bathroom and rooms are very nice and clean. A stone throw away from the central old part. Restaurants and shops nearby if needed.

ERBA is a new and very clean hotel with a friendly staff in the central part of Istanbul. Despite it is situated close to the main tourist attractions the street is very quiet and it is an amazing place to relax. There are many places to eat around, including cafes, restaurants, and local cuisine cantines called Lokantasi with delicious and not expensive food. Tram T1 is passing near and it is a fast connection to Kapali Carsi, Egyptian pazar, Bosphoros tours. I really appreciated the stay in ERBA Hotel and highly recommend it!

Hotel is on the perfect place to visit all main attractions in Istanbul... It is in very quiet neighborhod/street (what is important in Istanbul), but few steps from lot of nice restaurants, shops, and everything what you need is few steps away... Also Sultanahmet train station is few steps away... We were with kids (14 and 17) and they were safe to go around by themselves... Special thanks to Ahmet, Fatih, and Zayed (nice young lady) on the reception and all the team... Rooms are new, perfectly clean, also as a hotel... We were very satisfied and you have feeling that you are like at home but in center of old town in Istanbul... Thanks again for all team of hotel and we recomend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul...

Very good room service, clean and modern, friendly people working there

All good, but it would be nice if they have some pills or médicaments on reception :)

I loved the location, the cleanliness, and the new amenities. It was a very modern room that exceeded our expectations!

Clean, new, spacious enough rooms, large shower area, sound proofed rooms. All of the main tourist attractions are a stones throw away.

Staff were lovely but were not fluent in English which made communication difficult but then I’m English so we tend to assume everywhere will speak English.

Old city ERBA hotel is new, well designed and furnished, and in a superb location in Istanbul’s Old city.Fatih and the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome even before we had arrived. Fresh tea and coffee on arrival. Fatih provided great tips on places to visit, getting around, and even booked several experiences for us.

Our stay at the newly opened Erba Sultanahmet Hotel was absolutely fantastic! Everything in the hotel is brand new, and you can feel the freshness and attention to detail in every corner. The staff was beyond amazing—so friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. My wife and I were so impressed by their hospitality, and it really made our stay feel special.We truly enjoyed our time here, and it was without a doubt the best experience we've had in Istanbul. We’re already looking forward to our next stay next month! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
