Taksim Square Hotel

Smoking smell in our Room annoying. The smell coming from the bathroom and disturbing our sleep

Location and staff was great specially ihab from reception and room was clean.

Family room has one door for the small room however the master room has no door. Air conditioning was working hot however the weather was not cold and it’s central so you can’t control the temperature.

The location of hotel was very goodThe breakfast was amazing The veiw of room was very nice

Only the location is good !! Everything else is not 4 star experience at all.

Everything in the room was old, staff unlrofessional, the smell of smoke was all around, the fridge in the room is old & extremely noisy inside the room all night. No sound isolation so you can hear the street noise & other rooms. Its maximum 2 stars !!

I liked the stay inside the heart of Taksim square Good and comfortable stay Helpful staff

They moved us from one room to another because as they said the client was late in making check out I was very annoyed and still as they must leave us in the first room we checked in instead of moving us next day morning

The room was upgraded and located on the top floor, offering a perfect view, which we greatly appreciated. However, it was extremely noisy at night due to frequent parties, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Very last century hotel.

1) Do not take a room that's facing the road. You will hear loud and annoying azaans from the nearby mosque, constant horn honking & police sirens.2) Archaic and third-world hangers from last century.3) No USB ports to charge modern devices.4) Safe deposit box is extremely old, rusty, and complicated. The guy downstairs has a key to open the safe which means the hotel staff has access to the box. SAFE Deposit Box or UNSAFE Deposit Box?5) Extremely slow and choppy internet.6) They had kept a plate full of fruits (pears, plums and apples) and guess what, on the penultimate day, they took away the remaining last apple which was in excellent condition. Maybe the housekeeping staff were hungry. The overall experience was quite strange.7) On the last day, the hotel concierge hailed a cab for us that was reserved for someone else. A big fight ensued and we were forced to unload our luggage into another cab in freezing cold.

Excellent Location .Near to Metro and Food Street very caring staff specially the Manager. Good Breakfast every day menu change.All staff smiling and hard working.will stay again In sha Allah

Very Good LocationKursat speaks arabic and he was very helpful.In general all the staff were good.The rooms are clean.We will book again in this hotel when we visit Istanbul. ??

Room 806 had a problem with the air conditioner. They gave us two heaters and promissed to change the room the next day. We stayed in the room because the heaters were enough to keep the room warm.

- Location nearby Taksim Maydan.

- They had renovation in the same floor and they already knew I am annoyed but insist to continue the job with no respect. Also, they turned off the AC because it is related to the renovation activity.- Pillows and blanket are very old and easily you can feel the smoking smells.
