The hotel surpassed my expectations with cleanliness, the breakfast and the view! The staff was so friendly and definitely helpful while I was there on business.

Great location, comfortable unit, and very friendly staff. Special mention to AbdulHameed. He is an exceptional person, extremely supportive, friendly, and always willing to help. His positive attitude and genuine care made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. We are truly thankful to him.

Some noise at night during the weekend, but it was manageable.

The hotels position was 100% perfect, the staff was extremely friendly and went more than the extra mile. A very special mention must go to the front deck staff namely Emre, Somet and Avni you guys were AMAZING and made our stay feel like home. Your management should be proud that you are front and there for the guests. Keep it up we will be back soon.

Perfect location, walking distance to multiple attractions. Just like many buildings in Istanbul Adahan decamondo Pera autograph collection is an aesthetic piece.

The hotel is located in the best part of the city - Galata/Pera - which is exactly why I initially chose it.The interior is very refined and thoughtfully designed, the location is excellent, and the room had all the necessary amenities. However, what deserves special mention is the level of service.The front desk team, especially Mr Samet and Mr Avni, were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. They kindly assisted me in changing my room to one with a better city view, and this experience alone completely changed my stay.It inspired me to extend my visit and stay for four additional nights instead of the single night originally planned - which I happily rebooked.This kind of attentive, thoughtful service makes a real difference and is exactly what turns a good hotel into a place you want to return to.

Location was really great close to main shopping street, cool restaurants & bars, hotel was stylish, pretty new, my room (1105) was super spacious with a gorgeous room and bathroom. Emre was amazing, and the staff were very helpful.

Could have been more vibey - its so beautiful not sure why F&B outlets weren't busier.

Great location, very confortable beds

The first time we went to have Breakfast we were warmly welcomed and offered the dishes immediatly. The rest of the days nobody was reaching to is and we had to almost look for the waiters to attend us

The hotel is cozy, elegant and in an excellent location in Beyoglu. The staff are amazing and kind. Your reception staff are fantastic; Yacob was very friendly, spoke perfect English and I believe either him or AJ arranged an upgrade because we were on our honeymoon. We had an amazing room and balcony. Jacob and AJ worked very hard to make sure we were well looked after and all needs addressed. We were even able to leave our wedding dress and suit at the hotel while we toured Turkey for a month on our honeymoon (this hotel was our last destination after the tour). The technician onsite was also quick to repair an item in the room that was not functional. Breakfast was a delicious Turkish breakfast and was always quick to be served.

No complaints. Only recommendation is to explore the lobby. It’s not located in front of the front desk so we missed it. It would have been great to hang there a bit.

Despite a delayed flight, they kindly adjusted our booking and even upgraded our room. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure all our needs were met — including ensuring we got our breakfast. The hotel itself is stunning and thoughtfully designed, combining charm and comfort.A special mention goes to the rooftop breakfast: the views over the city and water are absolutely unforgettable.Highly recommended to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Since the hotel is right in the heart of the city, you may hear some noise at night — especially over the weekend. This isn’t a fault of the hotel itself, but rather a natural trade-off of the central location. On Saturday night, for example, music from nearby venues continued until around 4 AM

I like the hotel location and the building so nice and have feeling of old and unique place nice and clean amazing smell and so comfortable will visit it again nice stuff Mr Taha was super helpful and so professional

The staff were amazing especially Jacob and Nil both were very helpful especially Jacob went out of his way to meet our needs.location is perfect and the breakfast was perfect .definitely we are coming again without hesitation

This hotel is beautiful and a total sensory experience. We loved loved loved staying here.

The beds could have been slightly more comfortable and there is a lot of uphill walking to get to the property as you’re moving around Istanbul. Make sure to figure out the funicular and ask for extra pillows.

This hotel was a much needed break from a long month of solo traveling throughout Europe. The facilities were as pictured, impeccably clean, modern, and quite luxurious for the modest price point. The service provided by Nil, Ege, and Cem at the concierge were professional and generous and I always felt supported in navigating either the hotel or the neighbourhood. The service staff for breakfast and breakfast was very abundant (probably too much food honestly)It’s a shame I only had two nights in Istanbul before continuing on my adventures. I would definitely recommend staying here and will book here again if I’m back in the city.

Room service did not replace bathroom kits after the first night.

The location is very close to Galata tower. Good location for exploring on foot. Easy walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good, plentiful and the breakfast staff were always very friendly and attentive. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

This hotel is dark and in dire need of a remodel. Our room probably hasn’t been painted in the last decade—cracked, streaked and mismatched colors. Drains that don’t drain. A bathroom door that would not stay upon without a doorstop. No fan in the dark, poorly lit bathroom so you can’t vent moisture after a shower, consequently the room smells like mildew. Grungy shower doors and mildew in the corners of the shower. We also did not have a functional deadbolt on our door. After bringing it to the attention of the hotel, they sent someone to address the problem but after an hour of tinkering it still was not functional. The hour was late, and I didn’t speak Turkish so we just gave up and put a chair in front of the door. The hotel apparently outsources the bar and dinner service. We had two (2) Woodford Reserve Manhattans and our bill was 46€

Great location. Lots of good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Short transport to old town. Beautiful building. Nice and clean room.

The bar upstairs was a bit loud. House keeping staff were a bit off.
