The staff and location.. quiet

There was some dust which caused me some allergy .. I don’t know whether from blankets or dust to be honest but I have a sensitive skin and sometimes if dust or duvet covers are cleaned with certain detergent I got allergy

1. Catering staff during breakfast were not very helpful2. Tobacco smell all over the room and bedding and when asked to change rooms, we were told all the rooms would have the same smell (non-smoking room)3. The breakfast itself was not of great quality or quantity4. Ended up with back pain from the not comfy mattress

The receptionists are amazing and helpful Burak And Omar we could say they are the best thing at the hotel Many stores and cafes were around

I didn’t like the bed — it wasn’t comfortable at all. The breakfast was extremely poor with no variety whatsoever, it was exactly the same every single day to an exaggerated extent. We stayed for nine days, and it got so boring that we eventually stopped going to breakfast altogether.The cleaning was terrible. Housekeeping would only make the bed and tidy up a bit, but the bathroom often had footprints or shoe marks, which they didn’t even bother to clean.Location-wise, it was not really close to Taksim Square. It took us about 15–20 minutes on foot just to get to the beginning of Istiklal Street, so it definitely wasn’t the “close to Taksim” location we were expecting.

I liked the location very much it is close to a bus station and has a shopping area very close to it. I liked also that they give you a big bottle of water daily. The room is quite spacious but maybe because we are a group of 3 people. Breakfast is nice

The view. The window also was stained by something from outside making it a little gross to look at. No strong sound insulation but you can sleep fairly comfortably. There was a smell coming from the bathtub but when we closed its opening on the floor it disappeared

I'm disappointed

the breakfast was very poor and the room service always forget the toilet roll paper and it takes a long time to have a hot water in the shower

nice location on the Isteqlal street, nice view from the 7th floor where I could see the sea..wide rooms.. almost all the staff are fine. the staff on the breakfast are very helpfull and friendly. the lady who cleaned our rooms was very nice. the man downstairs at the reception was very friendly.

I have met 2 men on arrival with non professional attitude, they offer me a family connecting room at the ground floor which was very bad but I haven't seen them again during my stay. the AC only hot at that time and they explained to me that it's working cold on summer time although it was 22 c.. the WIFI is slow and interrupted.

The hotel was beautifully maintained and exceptionally well-located, with close proximity to Taksim, Nişantaşı, and the Cevahir Shopping Mall. The staff members—including those at the reception, in the dining area, the manager, and the owner—were all remarkably kind, professional, and attentive. Their hospitality significantly enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. I would gladly recommend this accommodation to others.

Redemption team was very helpful and very professional

Rooms are too old, housekeeping team not provisional at all also sheets towels are too old and dirty even when they change with a clean ones

Bad

No room service, basic facility like water is not provided on time. Guests has to wait for water and collect themselves from reception.

The location was only a few minutes away from the Congress Convention Center where I attended a meeting - so it was extremely convenient. It was only a few minutes walk to busy Taxim square and many other tourist attractions. The bed was very comfy! Decent WiFi.

No complaints ,I enjoyed my stay but I would recommend that small upgrades be done generally ( the TV , the room fixtures ).

Breakfast، cleanliness and very popular location

The place itself was nice. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to help whenever the need arises. They were always helpful.At least there should have been some english channel on the TV.

The breakfast was not so good.It lack a variety of fresh fruits and fried eggs; omelette, bacon. (English breakfast)

Location is great. Very close to convention center. And bus stop is near by too. Breakfast area is nice.

Front staff aren’t very welcoming. Breakfast buffet is fine.

Bad breakfast. Bad location. Bad ventilation. Dirty bedsheets. Wrong size of duvet cover. Mold all over the bathroom. The sweet shop had awful quality just like the hotel. We asked the receptionist to keep our cold bag in the freezer because we needed it to keep our medication in between that during the flight and they lost it??‍♀️ Even the internet sucks. I had an interview and i couldn’t understand anything so i had to buy a sim card and use that. it was a really low quality hotel and i won’t recommend it to anyone

Property is on a good location, very clean, staff are wonderful

Our air conditioner is not working good. We had it checked twice, but still warm inside the room

All staff except receptionist Mr Sameer. MR SAMEER WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND HELPFUL.

Staff's incredible friendliness and helpfulness, always ready to go beyond expected. This is no frills and thrills place but it's perfect if you need to attend a conference in the ICC and have a small budget. At the same time you're a few steps from Taxim, less than half hour to Galata tower and tunnel. The bakery at the ground floor is a delight.

No real room service but the concierge is glad to arrange for you food delivery or any other need (laundry, taxi, bookings etc. ...)

It’s not a 4 star hotel It’s hardly 3 star hotel Beds were not cleansmell in room and washroomdark rooms.Air con not workingWe booked family room upon arrival they said it’s fully booked so had to split the rooms with the kids.

Location was great. Hotel very clean.

Breakfast was very ordinary. Will not recommend any one to try their breakfast.
