Bathroom was disaster, old, no maintanance.

breakfast need to be better its ordinary we dont have more options

Location is close to the Istanbule Expo Center.

Do not have many choice for the breakfast. The decoration of the room is old and not very clean.

I didn't like that they lie about the parking lot being free but unfortunately there is no hotel parking lot, only the parking lot around the street which never has free spaces. And you have to pay around 10 euros a day.

The rooms were clean.Location is ok.

Found some of the staff not so friendly or welcoming. One example When I sat down for breakfast one of the staff was packing the food away & tidying up (while snacking himself) before I even had a chance to eat.Then asked me to leave the dining area to finish my coffee.Just thought he was unprofessional with a wrong attitude.The guy at the front desk was ok.The hotel is basic & dated, the room was ok. Pretty much what you'd expect for the price. Bed was fairly comfortable and room was clean.Although I did stay at a hotel 5 minutes away that was better with friendly & helpful staff & cheaper.Won't be coming back unfortunately.

All staff were ery friendly and helpful. The technicians and kitchen and cleaning staff were helpful,.Rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels. Thankyoh to the lady who advised us re the direct coach to the airport which sVwd us along of headache time and money . Recommded

The place is quiet, tidy and clean, and the staff are very nice and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter, and we really liked our room. It was clean and of a pretty normal size, which was comfortable for us. Other than that, the breakfast was very nice, and we had a great stay. Thank you!

The only thing that could be improved is the lighting—it would be nice if it were a bit brighter.

I liked that it was near to the airport . The housekeeping was amazing and the breakfast waiter was such a lovely person !!!!! He let us take the breakfast to our room cause one of my babies was sick !! He was polite and gave us tea whenever he saw us!

It was in a bad condition! The walls, the bathroom , the furniture everything was really bad ! The staff doesn’t even speak English !!! We were a family of 4 with a new born and at the time of our arrival (I asked for an early check in ) they made us wait in the lobby cause they weren’t sure how to fix our reservation due to the fact that me and my husband had only personal id !!!! This was the first time a hotel asked for a passport!! The whole Turkish police in the airport was ok with the id and the hotel wasn’t !! The waiter didn’t want to bring us a baby crib and after asking again and again he brought us one with a terrible blanket above the mattress I guess for night leaking ??? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and please don’t let me start about the parking !!!

Disappointing

Located near in center. Walking distance to outlet mall. Staff was very helpful and supportive.

Limited options for breakfast. Specially for vegetarian people like me, difficult to find food nearby. There was no exhaust in toilet. Air conditioner was very small for room size.

Clean & parking, parl near the hotel with coffee shops around is absolutely perfect

Bad

Room was not clean or well maintained (e.g. broken doors, door handles, shower fixing). I checked out within 2 hours of arrival & yet they have taken the full booking amount (4 nights).

I stayed at this hotel 2 times. And in both cases it was pretty comfortable for me. Stuff is supportive and friendly.
