Element Suites

This hotel is scam, I was charged already on the app and charged me ---$ extra witch is not fair.

All over 11 days stay the clean the room once.

I checked in at 2 PM and ended up checking out just a few hours later I couldn’t even complete one night at Element Suites.From the start, the check-in process was rigid and unaccommodating. The reception didn’t offer any help with our bags, and the service overall felt cold and uninterested.The room condition wasn’t great either small issues throughout, no hand tissues, no complimentary water or coffee, and no in-room phone to contact reception. If you need anything, you have to physically go down yourself.With all these issues combined, I couldn’t justify staying. Definitely not recommended.

A Free Ride from airport to the hotel with reservation was cancelled with no reason When we aproche the hotel we wait more than one hour in front of the hotel and it was closed and we try to find any member of stuff and try to call them on phone they didn't answer at allThe light lamp in reception was broken we switch our phone flashlight everytime we get into hotel or went out

It was cheaper Internet was so good

Absolutely nothing . Even the basic things was not in place . We had to buy toilet paper , nobody clean unless you keep asking . Hotel is total disaster and just stealing money from turists by showing false pictures .

I like proximity to taksim

I didn't like property, scandals outside and inside the house and the residents don't respect when athers are sleeping.

Do not except the airport pick up service the hotel offers, its double the price of normal taxi …. amd it never arrived

staff where so bad, i choose to leave before end of stay and book elsewhere

Extremely bad and liars

Photos are totally different from reality.. No room service and no cleaning, no parking, very bad internet and unfortunately liars.I booked a room on booking and paid online, the room was very bad and different from photos so i asked for a paid upgrade. We agreed on the amount to pay the difference as per booking rate - upon payment he asked for cash instead of card, i paid in USD and he said i’ll give u the balance after 4 hours because i do not have cash now so i said it’s fine. Suddenly at night and upon check-out he said sorry i cannot give you back your money in return as his manager did not accept the rate (although we previously agreed to pay as per booking online rate)After all bad service and noise, unfortunately this is what we faced in the end.I don’t advise people to stay there at all.Thank you

They charge me double. I paid cash there. Already i mentioned i will pay by cash. Not to deduct from my card. But they deducted before my friend reach there. And then they rcv cash also. Very third class and very poor service. I didnt expect this.

The location was quite scary and noisy, but within a 5-minute walk, there was a nice area with lots of cafes and attractions.

The room pictures on Booking are fake. The rooms are disgusting.

The pictures of the property are severely photoshopped!!! It has nothing to do with reality. There is NO parking, although they have marked that parking is available. I had to pay for parking and then got scammed… There was ant infestation and the bathroom was so smelly that you could sense the bad smell in the bathroom ? Note: the region around that hotel is really dirty, I think it is a ghetto, despite being so close to Taksim.

location is very good, is so near to Taksim Square. We liked the stay very much and we want specially thanks Said and Serdar who's working there, they helped us when we needed and they helped us with the taxis.

the street of the element suits is not the best thing but it was near everything.

Location was excellent as it was right smacked in the city centre of Taksim Square. Clean and acceptable. Value for money.

On the way to the hotel and apartment, there is a slope (moderately steep). So, you have to be careful.
