The property was very nice, decoration is new modern style, staff are very helpful and location was in the center and very close to metro and train stations and all site seeing places in old city.Special thanks to all staff Mohamed, Burak, Haktan and service team Ceren, Zilan and Sezer. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed and easy to get around from here. The rooms and facilities were spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit.A special mention to Muhammet, who speaks Arabic and who has arranged our airport transfer at the end of our stay, making the process smooth and stress-free. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out.Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, a clean environment, and an excellent location!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel during my visit to Turkey. Muhammet at the reception was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative—he really made check-in smooth and welcoming. The staff at breakfast were also very kind every morning, which I appreciated.Aside from that, my room was always cleaned well—the housekeeping team did a great job daily. The whole hotel was kept very clean and tidy. The location was also perfect—central and within walking distance to many key tourist spots. Getting around from the hotel was very easy.

the breakfast itself became a bit repetitive over time, and I noticed that sometimes the milk seemed spoiled, which should really be checked more carefully.

ERK is locate at central of tourist place. Easy access and really convenient to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc. It also surrounded by a lot of nice restaurant and souvenir shop.I stayed here for 2 times. Really love this place.

Everything about this hotel was amazing!!! Super modern and clean, central, lovely and safe area of Istanbul, the staff were so nice and helpful which made everything better. They were always available to help us whenever we needed. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Istanbul!

The location is great, the rooms were clean with modern design and a tidy set up; the breakfast was good with a bit of daily variation. The staff were great and very helpful especially Mohammed at the reception as he could speak our language (Arabic) and was helpful in guiding us and arranging out trips and visits to touristic places. The other reception staff, Furqan, Noz, Benyamin and were also very friendly and helpful. The cleaners Sezer and the cleaning ladies. The breakfast attendants were also very helpful and served us very well.

It’s close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and boat trips, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.Breakfast offered a good selection to suit all tastes, and the reception team in particular stood out for their exceptional service and warm welcome. The chef is very good and always smiling. Overall, a fantastic experience. We were looked after incredibly well, and I would happily return or recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure that our stay at the ERK Hotel was very comfortable and a home away from home. The room was beautiful and reflected the pictures well, furnished with modern fittings and was kept very clean with daily visits from housekeeping. The location was fantastic allowing for a short walk to some of Istanbul's main tourist attractions while also allowing for easy access to Karaköy and Kabataş by tram. I would not hesitate to return here when next visiting Istanbul.

Great location, perfect room size and amazing shower. The team was more than helpful and very kind. The whatsapp contact is a great idea to speak to the team, request information, etc. The decoration is classical and the hotel is brand new. We can easily see the efforts from the staff to please us. Recommend!

The breakfast could be better in terms of beverages, such as real Turkish coffee or an espresso shot from a simple machine. Also, the deposit in cash is not very usual and actually was not seen before, so it would be a problem.

It was easy access to places, location was convenient and the room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very friendly and polite.

We were required to pay deposit in cash which was a bit unexpected (as normally hotels take card). Lots of restaurants on the street that can be a tourist trap, so something to be mindful of.

The room was really comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient, if you go there as a tourist, since the majority of the touristic attractions (Agia Sofia, Topcapi, blue mosque) have a walking distance.

Although, the location is perfect for touristic purposes the access to the hotel (and sultanahmet square in general) is only via Tram, which sometimes ended to be very crowded.

The property is very clean, close to all touristic attractions.Also, big thanks to the team who, as a surprise decorated the room for my mom’s birthday.

The service and the staff were exceptional. They made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. And all throughout the trip helped us with any issues we had and were always there if we needed anything. Can't praise them enough, especially Mohammet who was there all the way until the end when we were trying to get a taxi sorted. He even spoke to them and directed them to the hotel. We also want to mention Furkan and the other reception staff they were all brilliant. Our room was clean and comfortable. Also we really loved the attention to detail in the rooms and around the hotel, everything looked well thought through and new. Would definitely stay here again. It was our home away from home. Plus the area is located very close to the main attractions, restaurants, bazaars and anything else you could want.
