Big room, nice couch, nice tv, very comfortable.

When I booked the room was written deluxe room with view but that was not the case. A little bit noise from the street at the front but after 2 nights they changed my room to a quieter.

I only have good things to say about this stay. The hotel is amazing, very spacious, and well-located. In terms of customer service, it was one of the best I’ve experienced so far. Mr. Ali and Mr. Göskel were simply incredible—very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back to this hotel, as it was extremely welcoming. 100/100

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel was clean and up to date.

They have a 10 minute guest visit policy that's not stated anywhere on their page or mentioned during check-in. They were not accommodating with my dad's health condition, who can barely walk, by refusing my sister to visit my parents in the room for more than 10 minutes and telling us to go meet at a restaurant or somewhere else. The receptionist on the first day was very nice, but the one on the next day was rude and the manager (Goksel) on the phone was more rude. They left my parents no choice but to leave at night and check in another hotel with no refunds. The main purpose of the trip was for my parents who were on a medical trip to visit my sister on their way home. If we had known this was their policy beforehand we wouldn't have booked here..

The location of the hotel was great. Nice area, many places to look around. Shops are near.The staff was incredibly helpful. Always polite and ready to solve the issue.

Price = quality

I didn’t like the way they treated us, once we arrived at the hotel they started talking with us in political way! He was asking us where are you from? We said from Saudi Arabia, then he said no you are from Hejaz there is no Saudi Arabia back in the days! We didn’t like the way he spoke about our country, at end of day we are coming to enjoy and relax not to talk politics! Let’s not mix politics with tourism.

Lack of international TV channels

The room was spacious and clean. The location was good.

Staff attitude. The AC was not sufficient for cooling the room which did not get rectified even after informing the staff about it. Water bottles were sporadically given, so was the soap and towels.

The location is in a local neighbourhood with restaurants, bars and cafes close by. It is quite centrally located. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well appointed. The staff are very friendly and courteous. There is a lovely bar on the first floor of the hotel with a nice vibe. The proprietor and locals who visit it are warm and friendly.

Could not get espresso coffee in the mornings. There is no room service for food. You will have to walk for a few minutes, to Pablo cafe, to get some good coffee in the morning.
