I was there this past October and everything was perfecr the location and the Staff I would like the thank the managment for such a beautiful yet respectful Staff specially Eylul,Taylan,Berat,Bilal,Fatih and Sefa for such and excelllent Communication and well Behavoir both in work and manner The room was big and pefect the housw keeping lady was very good and friendlly the breakfast please was great and the view on Lulu Cafe was amazing like the Staff of it i highlly recommend this hotel and hopefully i will come back to it again

The breakfast was't as I Expected and I hope you guys think of doing a buffet instead of aset menu

Location only

Rooms are extremely dark and gloomy. Images don’t portray real life. Bathrooms are smelly with a sewerage smell. Even the corridors on the whole of floor 5 smelt of bad sewerage. The shower in the bathroom was leaking. No where to hang up wet towels/no hooks in bathroom.No long length mirror in rooms to get dressed.Door around window was falling apart.Breakfast was a fixed plate that was bought out to us. No options or flexibility around the breakfast.Wasn’t advised early check in was not possible even though I requested a month earlier. No one bothered advising it wasn’t going to be available so I could organise something else. Extremely let down for something we thought was going to be classy and top rated.

Location, lounge, AC

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is great with an amazing view of the Bosphorus. Breakfast was served with the same amazing view of the Bosphorus with an amazing breakfast menu. The front desk were very polite, friendly, and very helpful. Especially Bilal from the reception and everyone was amazing! I would definitely stay here again at this great service and excellent location.

Everything was wonderful — location, room view, breakfast, and the staff. especially the Yong lady was exceptionally kind and very helpful.

Great location, every time I’m in turkey I stay here. The from reception staff eylul was great, with great customer service always smiling and greeting very welcoming. A huge appreciation from us.

The property is nice, excellent location , not a 4 star.English speaking personnel…an issue.

This hotel boasts a prime location, making exploration a breeze. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction shines through in every interaction especially Mr. Fatih. My recent stay was truly enjoyable, exceeding all expectations. The comfortable accommodations provided a welcome respite after busy days. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

The location

The air conditioning didn’t work throughout my entire stay, and despite contacting the reception multiple times, the issue was never resolved.

The view to the bosphore, the hotel was close to the tram station, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the personnel was nice.

The breakfast only opens at 8am. It was a good turkish breakfast, but always the same everyday. There was no air conditioning.

The room, the view, the bed and the breakfast was amazing! Really worth the price.

Price , cleanliness level and the same breakfast for the two days I stayed

It’s very close to everything , nice view at any time , good staff they are very kind , and helpful especially Mr.yasir and Mr.bilal and Mr.Ismail, showed me how to use the tram , he even went with me to the station to show me how I can use it and charge it , food also very nice , so over all everything were as I expected.

The breakfast was amazing. A true Turkish breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

Smoke could be smelt in the room from guests smoking in another room. There was also a noisy family next to us and the rooms are not very soundproof.

It was like sleeping in the middle of traffic. The window did not close as it should and it was a lot of noises from outside.
