There was nothing I didn’t like.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Bosphorus Palace hotel as my first visit to Istanbul, and I can’t express enough how beautifully the team made my day. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member showed such kindness, warmth, and care. Their attentiveness and positive attitude truly made me feel at home.The hotel had been recommended to me by one of my siblings, and I’m incredibly glad I chose to follow their advice. Not only was my stay perfect, but the staff went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way. They surprised my mother with a delicious birthday cake, it was such a sweet and unforgettable gesture that deeply touched me.Bosphorus Palace hotel didn’t just meet my expectations, it made my mother’s birthday in Istanbul feel magical. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting the city.Thank you once again to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. You truly made us feel special.

The view and the furniture were amazing I felt like I was living in an old turkish series. The stuff were very helpful and nice. I really liked their breakfast too

I stayed for 4 night in 3 of them a very bad cigarette smell would fill the room randomly and we had to call the receptionist so they can see what’s the problem since it was a nonsmoking hotel. The problem got solved in the four night.

The location and the best staff everr, and the view is the besst.

The Hotel is a gem, something else, beautiful scenery , amazing staff, the rooms have beautiful views of the bosphorous, the restaurent also have bery nice views, you can sense the history in this palace, plus the location is very good that it is near bus stops and citysighseeing bus which is very convenient, help is always provided and assistent is good, we had to check out a bit late and they were very understanding. Special thanks to Hilal and Sadik and Nuray for their warm welcoming.

The internet was a bit slow

We had an unforgettable stay at Bosphorus Palace Hotel. The view, the attentive staff, the location, and the aesthetic details throughout the hotel made the experience truly special. The design of the rooms, the high ceilings, and the elegant furniture were simply beautiful.The staff was always helpful and genuinely friendly. Thanks to the hotel’s location right on the Bosphorus, we were able to explore the city by ferry every day, it was a unique and delightful experience.Waking up to a view of the Bosphorus and enjoying breakfast by the water every morning was an absolute highlight.

If you have the sleep disorder please be aware that the hotel is right near the mosque and you can wake up at night.

The hotel was perfect with a breathtaking sea view—truly the best I’ve ever stayed in.The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed.

Everything was amazing—there was nothing wrong at all. The only downside is that I couldn’t extend my stay!

The hotel was very nice , staff very friendly, the breakfast was good in general. The pillows were too hard. The hotel is situated very near the chanting man at 5 o’clock in the morning so if you’d like to sleep with the window open, it can be an issue.

The sea view is beyond normal. The sea view room felt like we are directly on the beach. The decor has a princess vintage design very beautiful. The people working there are super friendly and attentive. The cleaners are also trustworthy, we felt comfortable leaving our possessions in the room. The toilets are beautiful and vintage designed. It takes you back through history especially the flush cord. They are super clean.

The floor carpets could be cleaner especially those in the room. It covered the whole room but was somewhat dirty.The pillows weren’t comfortable, if you have neck issues you will feel it more so get your own pillow

Most amazing stay in Istanbul so far! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome and well taken care of. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality, the beautiful atmosphere, the delicious breakfast and dinner, and the exceptional service.The bosphorus view was incredible. Also the the localization was perfect. It only takes 10 min to the European side/ Nisantasi with the cab and it is totally calm with an amazing bosphorus view, which ist not that crowded. Kusguncuk (which is like a small holiday village with historic building and little tiny bakery‘s and shops) is just a view minutes away. A special thanks to the friendly reception staff, the attentive waiters, and the housekeeping team for making our stay unforgettable.We look forward to coming back soon!i

All the things terrible specialy worker and place has under restoration super noisy

Spacious room with very inviting bathroom with tub. Excellent breakfast in beautiful indoor dining room focused on a historic feature of the building, its old boathouse. Decor is "historic" which worked well for me but perhaps wouldn't for everyone.

Only the more expensive rooms have Bosphorus views - and they are delightful. I had a small window facing Bosphorus but most windows faced an ugly side wall. Nespresso machine didn't suit this tea drinker at all. Electric sockets inconveniently placed for charging devices. Spiral staircase to access most rooms.

Great location, great stuff

The room that we booked has just small window and impossible to see outside. It wasnt described in the description. We just use the room for sleeping didnt spend time at room.
