1.Check-in time is 2 PM. We arrived at 3 PM, but the room still wasn’t ready. They told us to wait and said they’d come get us — they never did. However, when I asked to extend my check-out by just one hour because I wasn’t feeling well, they flat-out denied it.2.The reception here is useless. Three hotels share one front desk, and there’s basically no one there. They’re not willing to help at all — just read the other negative reviews and you’ll see the same complaints. There’s a big guy working there who is completely unhelpful. I called four times just to ask for bottles of water — four times! — and no one deliver them3.The room is small. It looks new, but everything feels cheap and poorly made.4.No safety at all. Anyone can walk up to your room — no key card needed for access.

Sura Concept Hotel rooms are reaaaallllly smalll, you will even not have a space to open your luggage.

Awesome location, minutes to all key sites. Use of sister locations for breakfast and spa. Modern hotel very clean.

Everything was just perfect,Great personnel ( specially Fatma) , They all met us with a smile and helped us.Although the hotel is in the middle of the action, the rooms were vey quiet and calm, packed with all u need,We liked the breakfast in Hagia Sophia hotel.

Comfortable room looking new. Comfortable bed and nice soundproofing. Nicely situated near restaurants, cafés and central sightseeing places. Nice selection on breakfast.

Breakfast was in another building (either Hagia Sophia Hotel next door or Sura Design Hotel across the street - 5th floor nice view) but we were aware of this. Same with spa facilities, situated in Hagia Sophia Hotel. Room was quite small but decent-sized for 2 adults.

Sura Concept Hotel was more than what my husband and I expected. The hotel staff were exceptional. Upon our late arrival, we were met with a warm friendly welcome by Ahmed at reception before being directed to our room. I was awestruck by the cosy ambience as we opened our room door. The bed linen was immaculately white. There was sufficient towels,toiletries teas, coffee and bottled water. Sura Concept is a about a minute's walk from Sultanamet station and within a short walking distance from the blue mosque and other attractions. It was always good to return to a clean and cozy room after a long day of touring. Thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team. Thank you to AJ at reception for your friendly conversations,advice and interest in our wellbeing. We had the most interaction with Fadma. We conversed about almost everything from history to politics. What an awesome, warm friendly individual. Thank you for your advice and suggestions on the different sites to visit, the transportation syatem and the amenities at the three hotels. A special thank you to waiter and waitress Daminda and Roya and at the terrace restaurant in Sura Design for your exceptional service with a smile. It was always pleasure to see you'll at breakfast. Very cozy and new hotel in the city centre.The location is great , the breakfast was perfect- you can eat in any restaurant of near sure hotels(less than 1 min walk) , we preferred breakfast on a beautiful terrace with amazing view.It was also available to visit spa with hamam and sauna in the nearest hotel . The staff was super friendly. The room was quite small but super modern and cozy . We liked it so much ❤️

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Istanbul. The room is small, but every detail is thoughtfully designed – a great mattress, comfortable pillows, an excellent set of toiletries, and a powerful hairdryer.A special mention goes to the hospitality of the staff. Gurol was incredibly friendly and attentive!

Hotel have big, save parking space. The Staff was really helpfull, they assist us with the luggage and parking. Second : the reception guy assist us with the check in and everything we needed. Third : room was cleaned every day. Thank you for the cute gift magnet and the coffee while we was leaving! ?

I travelled to Istanbul with my sister for a girls trip in early November, and we had the pleasure of staying at Sura Concept for our 8-night trip - we absolutely loved every second of it! The reception staff were all very kind and friendly and always willing to help in any way they could (especially AJ, who also turned tour guide and helped us plan out a couple of our days). The room size may be considered as small by some, but the hotel is upfront about this during the booking process; and the room was perfect for my sister and I, we felt safe and it was exactly the kind of vibe we were going for - it was cosy and modern, with amazing interior design, cool lighting/room features and the quirkiest little details. The housekeeping staff were lovely and ensured that our room was relatively clean and always well-stocked, and they left us increasingly creative towel art to come back to as well!One of the biggest perks of staying at a Sura hotel is the ability to have breakfast and use the facilities that are available at all of the other Sura Hotels as well; Sura Design and Sura Hagia Sophia are located on the same street and within a minute's walking distance from Sura Concept. Sura Concept offered a more traditional set-menu breakfast, while Sura Design offered more continental breakfast options and an amazing terrace view, and Sura Hagia Sophia offered a huge breakfast buffet where you were spoiled for choice! The second biggest perk of Sura Concept is its prime location and how well connected it is with restuarants, cafes, shops and staple tourist attractions - it is a couple of minutes' walking distance from Sultanahmet Square (including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace) as well as the Istanbul metro; the Grand Bazaar is also within walking distance. If we ever get the chance to come to Istanbul again, we will definitely stay at Sura Concept again :)

In terms of cleanliness, the shower and the bathroom were always cleaned very well and we had no chance to complain; the room was as well to a certain extent, but there was a lot of dust under the bed and the standard of cleanliness could definitely be improved so that it is perfect. Nevertheless, we were still very satisfied!

Sura Concept Hotel is a very cozy hotel, designed with a lot of taste. The rooms are quite small but there is everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The location is simply amazing, very close to the most important attractions.The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept in! The breakfast was always very tasty and satisfying.What is albo worth mentioning is very accomodating and welcoming Staff. Big shoutout to AJ, Suparma, HK, Enis, Wayana and all the Staff working at the restaurant who were doing everything in their power to accomodate us and make this stay a memorable one!Thank you so much guys!

The only downside was the small problem with the shower but they will be taking care of it so that shouldn't be a problem for the future guests
