Very clean and new

Location is the best, just right opposite to the Grand Bazaar, super friendly staffs, very new hotel with brand new facilities. valueable accomodation. Tram T1 is right before the hotel. My room view is the tramway, a park and a blue top mosque, that amazed me so much.

Nope, everything is fine. Could not ask for more.

I really liked the location, it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the person working the night shift — I don’t know his name, but he was extremely kind and respectful.

The elevator is very small, and the room floor cleanliness wasn’t very good.

So glad I picked this property. Location is so perfect: Tramline 1 Beyazit stop a hundred meters or less, easy walk to major sites, and the bazaar is right across the street (go early, avoid crowds). Plus you get a great view, and the friendliest and most informative people in Istanbul to guide you along. Just do it, you won't regret it.

Location was very good, clean room and friendly helpful staff.

Bathroom smell not good. The room has no windows according, there was no natural air ventilation only air conditioning and no sunlight reach the room.

Loved the staff, view and room. Very spacious and economical.

Elevator is a bit tight. If driving or using uber. The road outside the hotel is very narrow. Be quick to get in and out. Don’t let your driver wait

I had an amazing stay at Xloft in Beyazit. From the moment I arrived, Sinan and Omar at the reception went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The housekeeping team, especially the two ladies, were wonderful always smiling, attentive, and ensuring everything was spotless.The location is perfect, right by Beyazit station, with a beautiful view of Beyazit Mosque. The atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, almost like being at home. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back again.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Still restaurant not ready

Stayed at this lovely hotel right next to the Grand Bazaar and couldn’t be happier. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the heart of Istanbul’s historic district. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was clean and cozy. Ideal for exploring the city on foot. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but there are plenty of options to choose from nearby.

New hotel. Central location. Beyazit tram stop at the door step - I like the clang clang of the passing trams.Beyazit is a historic place, still buzzing with peddlers, shoppers & bazaars, as it had been for centuries.

One thing that i have to emphasize is excellent security of buiding regarding earthquake which did mot move at all even it was 6.2 MagnitudeIt was a clean , comfortable bed ,cleaning leadies has been there almost every day

The receptionists are friendly especially the one in the morning/afternoon period he was a very professional and excellent English speaker.

The bed is not clean very well. And there are other things i don't like. However I'm giving them 10/10. For the location and friendly staff.

Very good location.Wonderfull mattress and pillows. Two extra pillows are a huge advantage, especially for people with back problems. We slept well, which is very important when traveling.We also liked the bathroom set: shampoos and shower gels are of good quality and smell nice.Everything is new in the hotel, that adds extra comfort.And of, course, the team, from manager to the cleaners, exceeded our expectations. Very helpful, always smiling and pleasant in communication

Hotel is new so there were some minor issues that sometimes appear after renovation. But the staff quickly fixed the problems and were always ready to help. The little things didn't spoil our vacation.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of April and had an absolutely perfect experience. The location is amazing – just a 3-minute walk to the tram station and only about 10 minutes to the metro. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby, and the Grand Bazaar is literally right across the street.The view from our room was stunning, overlooking a beautiful mosque that looked incredible both during the day and when lit up at night. The room itself was spotless, modern, and furnished with what looked like brand-new furniture.The staff truly made our stay special. They were incredibly helpful and always available via WhatsApp, even before our trip began. The gentleman working the morning shift spoke perfect English and was so kind and informative, offering great tips about Istanbul. The afternoon and evening staff were also very friendly and helpful – while their English wasn't quite as strong, communication was never a problem.If I had to mention anything less than perfect, it would be that the refrigerator in the room was a bit loud, and the walls were a little thin. One night, the neighboring room had their TV on quite loud, which could be an issue for light sleepers.That said, overall, this was a fantastic hotel and we would happily

The hotel is situated in a prime location close to public transportation, money exchange, banks, major attractions and food venues.The shopping and bargains were nearby and helpful people and merchants to navigate any language barriers.

There was nothing I didn't like but sewage smell, around the toilet, that takes some getting used to - nothing a product called Pooph couldn’t handle.

Value, friendly, helpful, comfortable, clean, well located. We will definitely stay there again when we come. The room was a nice size for 2 people. There was a safe. Place to hang up clothes. Great view of Betazit mosque. Nice hair dryer.

Only one little issue with the smell coming from the drain. My partner fashioned a gooseneck out of a plastic water bottle under the basin and there was no problem from then on.

I am extremely pleased with my stay!! The hotel stuff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the location was perfect!!
