Very clean and new

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the metro and mall which was very convenient.

Very nice and clean, well maintained hotel. Close to the tram and metro station. Incredibly convenient with easy access to all forms of public transport. The staff – so friendly, helpful, and professional. Reception staff Nesrin has been very coordinating and helpful. The manager, Mehmet treated us just like family.

Breakfast—not much options. Need improve breakfast

We liked this hotel so much that we even extended the dates to enjoy the comfort, positive energy and delicious breakfasts, special thanks to the staff!

We liked everything, the location of the hotel, comfort, cleanliness, service, very friendly staff, we express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so the atmosphere of a good rest and excellent mood is created. We have already been here, we hope to come again! They have best food

They don’t have microwave, that is the only problem but they warm your food for you if you asked them

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location is great and very convenient. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast options can be improved.Mr Mehmet and tream made sure our stay was nice.

The rooms were small, but although I booked 1 room, it was actually two rooms. This made the stay comfortable for our family. The location is great - there is access to the Tram within a few minutes walk to get to Sultanahmet and Galata. There is a metro station right outside to go to other destinations.

The floor was a bit sticky and felt unclean. But the hotel did provide enough slippers for everyone, so it wasn't an issue.

Service, room was clean, staff is friendly

Staff - Excellent they are very accommodating and very helpfulFacilities- The Hotel is relatively new. Its is very clean and well taken care of. It is close to the tram and metro station and this makes it very easy to use public transportation to the major tourist sites. Also there is.a taxi station near by and we found out easy to get a taxi. Also the hotel staff will get a taxi for you. Breakfast- Very good and the hours from 7:30 to 10:30 are convenient.Rooms- Above average space and outstanding shower one of the best I have ever encountered.

There was really nothing we did not like. The only suggestion would be to maybe turn the music/tv off on down lower during breakfast. While Turkish music was nice a little variety would be better.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—very central, close to the metro, public transport, and lots of restaurants.The hotel was super clean and well-kept. I loved that they provided fresh bottles of water every day, and the breakfast had plenty of fresh options. The beds were really comfy too.Big thanks to Nehir and Nesrin at the reception—they were so friendly and helpful!

The only downside was a bit of noise in the mornings from other guests, but otherwise, everything was great. I’d definitely recommend it!

Location is good - about 30 minute walk to all major attractions and near metro station.

Many things:- misleading pictures. Actual studio size is a lot more smaller than shown in the pictures- very poor room service (daily cleaning was very poor as they would leave used cups etc. as is in the room)- We opted for studio apartment which had a kitchenette with stove top. Guess what, not even a single utensil, pot or pan in the kitchen. We asked what is the stovetop for then and there was no response or help offered.- other many small things e.g. weight scale not working (we tried to weigh the bags before heading to airport but no use!)

This is an excellent hotel closely located to restaurants and right next to Aksaray metro station. If you're driving, then getting to the hotel is really easy and there is a public car park right next to it. If you're going shopping at Grand Bazaar then this is also convenient as the hotel is only 3 tram stations away. Everything was spotless, the hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Staff was very friendly and smiling all the time which made us feel welcomed. Can't really find any faults so we will definitely come back. Many thanks to all employees and special thanks to Nesrin who is always smiling and trying to help.

Best best all time the manager the staff they all amazing very friendly and hotel is clean and close to everything the shops,cafe, restaurant ,taxis and trams best location Specially recommended for family who have kids.

I wish I wish they had dinner

The rooms were very clean, breakfast was excellent and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helped me with the nearby restaurant, taxi,airport transfer.The staff at the restaurant for breakfast and the housekeeping were also good.Had a very comfortable stay.

It's a wonderful hotel, very clean, all the staff are kind and helpful, The manager of the hotel is really a nice person, he goes out of his way for the guest.I travelled to istambul for the first time with my family and I made arrangements with the hotel Manager to collect us from the airport.The driver waited for two hours since our flight was delayed.The hotel is in a central location.Metro station is out side the hotel. Tram is 200 meters from the hotel.Lots of restaurants and shops, big shopping mall 300 meters away.I highly recommend this hotel.
