The Best Hotel İstanbul

The room is extremely small.

Good value. Convenient location. Comfortable room and bed. Very functional

Easy to hear neighbourRoom access cards need tighter control(accidentally was able to enter another room with my card)

It's my second time there.Location and staff very ok.

Compared to previous time (different rooms, obviously) it seemed that the level of cleanliness decreased.

LocationRoom was ok

The cleaning can be done better Thw breakfast could be improved

perfect location, bed and pillow was comfort and nice, good view, TV had youtube and smart view which is so great.

The cleaning team has to be improved, rooms dont offer coffee , only tea bags, drinking water upon request, breakfast was ok for me but had to request and beg to get an extra egg, no buffet they arrange your plate nicely, water pressure of the toilets needs to be improved.

The hotel is central to bus and tram links

Free breakfast is the same everyday

Location is excellent , near the tram station T1 and Metro M1

breakfast should be buffet not plateno trash can in the roomsmall entrance

Every thing from furniture to furnishing in bedrooms is new.

Road noise, from traffic, Breakfast very basic and repeated very limited choice.shower cubicle small and water pressure for shower low, room size small.

Location, close to the bus& metro station

Tiny rooms, breakfast is not good only 1 plate with cheese & 1 boiled egg is served . No proper coffee, only coffee packs

- The hotel’s location is exceptionally convenient. The tram station is just a 100-meter walk away, while the nearest bus stop is only 150 meters from the hotel, which ensures easy access to various city attractions and transport options. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. - The rooms, while well-maintained and cozy, are on the smaller side. This might be a consideration if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or require more space. However, the modern amenities and comfortable ambiance do make up for the compact size.- One of the standout aspects of the hotel was the service. Mustafa and Muhammad were exceptionally supportive and attentive, making sure every need was met with a smile. The combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Istanbul. I highly recommend it to travelers looking for both convenience and a welcoming atmosphere.

- While the hotel offers a pleasant stay overall, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Guests might find the selection to be basic, lacking variety and possibly falling short for those with diverse dietary preferences, which is something the hotel could consider enhancing in the future.

It's quite very new and clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful

I like the service and the location and the view,This a New hôtel but i think the best one on my Travel to turkey

Helpful, friendly and smiling staff, the view from my room was facing a mosque, very beautiful..

Excellent localization, the workers are very prestative. The room is clean, comfortable, and new.

The room is very small. For one or two people without too many bagages is OK. As I was alone, it was perfected.

I recently stayed at The Best Hotel and had a great experience. The central location made exploring the city easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Everything was working, which is the most important thing for me. The room was very clean and comfortable.
