- I was multiple times in Istanbul but this Hotel was something else,We was with family and we arrived at 7 morning , (7 hours before check-in) The mananger give us a breakfast which was not included in the price also early check in , The rooms were 10/10, I would stay again definitly.

- The bathroom was a bit dirty with mold. No wifi in the room the first day, it was fixed on the second day. I had more expectations about the breakfast.
- Some of the pillows and blankets appeared to be used several times and not that clean.
- parking problem and Air conditioning problem only heater is working and when we complain they told us open the window and sleep but there was too much traffic noise it look likes we are sleeping on road….no cooperation

Again 2nd room didn’t receive my refund
Never did receive my money they were suppose to refund. I had two rooms, they charged one for deluxe and gave me ordinary, when asked to cancel the other room, they agreed took the key gave the room to someone else and never did return my agreed upon refund amount.
The staff was really friendly and helpful, Mr. Ismail Solmaz is one of the best assistant I met there.
