They need to improve their maintenance, it's an old structure but can do better to put it in a better condition,and work on their disrespectful and unruly cleaner, she is really the type that don't like black people

Location and Good staff

I was given a room in the basement. No mention of this when selecting the room. There was no TV but didn't bother me as only 1 night stay. Room seemed not clean prior to check in.

Good location near all major tourist attractions in Sultanahmet. Very good price for the region. Wifi was good.

Not too clean and not too well maintained. My room was on last floor and in the bathroom ceiling was very damaged by flood and not repaired.

The location of the facility was central, the room was clean.The price was quite reasonable for the location.

Although the window and view are different in the images, we stayed in a room on the ground floor, which is not in the images, right next to a very noisy workshop and overlooking a garbage pile. Also, there were no bars on the window and it seemed like someone could easily get in through the window.

The hotel had a very good location, the stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed with friends, all of us had to do some online meetings and it was super convenient from the room. Big thanks to the team!

I’m writing to express our frustration and disappointment regarding our recent stay. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the apartment we were given was completely different from the one we had booked and seen in the photos. Unfortunately, the apartment was in poor condition and had several serious issues: Broken Window Glass – The glass in the window was broken, making the apartment uncomfortable and unsafe. Mold in the Bathroom – The bathroom ceiling was covered with mold, which posed health risks and was unpleasant. Leaking Water – After just two days, we noticed water leaking from the ceiling, which only worsened our concerns about the apartment’s safety. No Hot Water in the Shower – The shower had no hot water, which is a basic necessity for any guest.When we attempted to raise these issues with the owner, we were met with an unfriendly response and no willingness to address the problems or offer any solutions.We feel completely misled and disappointed, as the conditions were nowhere near what was promised in the listing.

Staita under construction that made it difficult for a disabled person (which was our case) to pass through. Other than that, everything was fine!

The location is excellent and the management is very keen for customer satisfaction. They upgrade our room to a better one once we ask to fix the shower they said it may take time instead they upgrade the room

Stay for 4 people, we didn't have enough blankets. After asking, only thin one - basically big towel was provided.Initially some basement room was offered.

too much noisy around here , a welding company next of rooms they working until 11 / 12 pm , bed was broken , we asked them after 2 hours of check in for if its possible to change bed or room and they told us you remember at this time for changing , we stayed there for 5 days everything was problem , pilows were smelling room was dirty worst experience ever we had. there is no lock or door for toilets wifi connection were terrible

Our stay at the accommodation was very pleasant and overall quite satisfying in the heart of the old city. The room was comfortable, with all the amenities described on the website, and we had an enjoyable stay.

The receptionist requested payment in cash, stating that the price would be different if paying by card. This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking of course, which felt inconvenient and misleading. He also asked me to pay 100 euros while my reservation said 98 euros, so I dont think that I got any discount by paying in cash, quite the contrary. The bathroom had a slight smell of dampness, even though it appeared clean, and there were some signs of moisture on the wall above the bed. Despite these issues, our experience was positive.

The location is good and also Erik is very nice and helpful. He works a lot, he is there 24/7, greeting you with a smile, always ready to help. Also he was very nice and he offered us an upgrade for a triple room.

The place is pretty old and not so clean. It definitely needs renovation. It’s not well isolated that’s why it can be noisy. You can hear people walking outside the room or the ones from above. Also the place gets cold, the windows don’t close properly neither the door. The mattress is old and not so comfortable and for me the pillows were too big and hard. The room has a heating sistem but it was off. The bathroom is very small. Basically the toilet is separated from the room with a thin piece of glass. Very tight and small, you barely have room to move. Also the shower was impossible to use, the water was coming out from 3 different sources at the same time.

The room was too small with a small toilet. When taking a shower , water was leaking everywhere , there was bad smell, no room service.

In the heart of Istanbul, just walking distance to Agya Sofia, capala charshi and lots of other sightseeings,it is value for money. The staff is very helpful and supportive.

The basement room is a bit mouldy, but the guys from the hotel was very polite and gave us another room.

The room which was shown in the pictures was not what we got. We booked two rooms one of the room was fine but the other room was in quite bad condition. There was no water in the tap in the bathroom. The room was smelly. There was mold in the bathroom. The room was in the basement which was not mentioned while we were booking. We checked in early and we put our luggage in one of the room and left the hotel. When we came back we noticed these things and we couldn’t change the room so we have to stay in this Shabby room.In the morning I asked the management to change the room and he assigned us a room at the 5th floor, I checked the room and the room looked fine. I asked them to move my luggage to that room and he behaved really strangely. He said that we should cancel our booking and leave if we don’t like. We canceled our booking upon which he agreed and said that I should contact the customer service for the refund.I am really disappointed that we have to leave the room and caused us great inconvenience.I expect higher standards from hotels at booking.com. This hotel wasn’t one of them.

Erik is nice and helpful. When you are travelling, the most important thing is to feel safe and supported and this is exactly how we felt.We are thankful.

The premises are old and some details need to be fixed in the rooms. The road around are tiny and it can be difficult to find a parking close by.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm, and the staff was always available and very attentive especially Mustapha, Mohammet, and Ibrahim."The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering all the necessary comfort. We especially appreciated the quality of the service and the little daily touches.The location of the hotel is also ideal, close to the main attractions, tram station and bus , while providing a calm and peaceful setting.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and high-quality experience. We will be happy to return during our next visit, insha'Allah.

Hotel is near to all touristic places by walk. Hotel is clean and room is cozy. Its a family Hotel. Recommended to everyone.
