The staff was helpful. The shuttle was great access to the guest. Taxis are quite expensive. Loved the hotel, it is a clean hotel, I would stay again.

Most staff did not speak English.

Nice rooms in a business hotel. Due to a force majeur, we were needed to stay for one night in Istanbul. Rooms have a good size and a great bed.

Staff in the restaurant had no real skills at all. Came three times to ask about the order, which was an easy one (Club Sandwich). At the end, she was not willing to give me a receipt, even I payed cash and not on the room.

The service was great, the woman at the reception was very kind even if I had reserved wrong days and arrived in different ones. She was navigating me what to do and was very nice all the time. The room was huge and clean.

We stayed here for a short haul before flying out of Istanbul. The location is far off for a touristy trip. Will need a cab to get anywhere for anything like food, shopping, or any attractions. Staff was very friendly.

The staff were very friendly. The room was a suite and extremely spacious and comfortable. I did not use the well stocked mimi bar but I did use room service amd tge food was excellent.

We travelled by car. The hotel is nice, the room - perfect, staff very helphul and kindly, the parking also is perfect.The location is good for families, but the food is expensive - high prices and nothing special, so it's better to eat somewhere in the Centre of the city. Just next to the hotel there are small restaurans, where you can find good food & Breakfast, so this is not a big issue. It looks far from the centre, but actually the main attactions for the kids & shopping that we visited in our trip - Aquarium Istanbul, Mall of Istanbul and Lego Land - Forum mall are about 20 min by car or cab and on these directions there are no big traffic jams. The centre of Istanbul is about 40 min by car, but it depends where are you going, avoid traveling in the rush hours. There are taxi drivers outside the hotel with a specific signs. In the city you should fix the price before, because Istanbul is a really big city with a huge traffic jams. In the centre there are also many attractions for kids - boat trip for 2 hours in the Golden Horn and Black Sea. Shopping, restaurans with delicious food and sweets on a competite prices. We had a great time in Istanbul!

The food /in the restaurant and in the mini bar in the room/ was expensive - high prices and nothing special.The pool was not good for children, the water was cold. The fitness & sauna were ok.

Staff were pleasant and attentive. Comfortable bed. Located close to metro.

Food and drinks incredibly expensive. Leisure facility Steamroom not working, showers not working, lockers not working, dirty. Compulsory swim cap needed to use pool (sold on site).

Carpets are old and dirty. Rooms are not maintained. Breakfast was pure and the coffee and juices were theworst I had in my life..

Room very clean

Staff appalling including the hotel manager on shift. No staff to assist with Baggage off street entry no staff at all for direction actually while manager and employees stood inside in eye shot of their guests struggling to bring in bags up ramps with no clear direction. Disgusting. Several guests struggling and in need of assistance. All sitting around laughing and talking. Not good enough and not to the Wyndham standard at all. Manger should have taken direction and got out there and done something.

They upgraded my room to a non-smokers upon request and it was really nice.

While I was satisfied with the breakfast I think this is where there is room for improvement in terms of variety.

Breakfast was delicious

When we came to the room, we found a lot of black hair on the bathroom floor and dirty dots. The drain in the shower was clogged so the shower floor was quickly filled up and the water was coming outside the shower. We did not have enough shampoo and shower gel but the room was cleaned every second day so that means she did not checked bottles. TVs did not worked properly either was something with internet or remote control. At the check out, phone was ringing and receptionist answer it so we needed to wait till he’s finished with conversation even tho we came first. In my opinion this can happen in hotel with three stars but not five stars.

Really wonderful. The staff are friendly, especially Mr. Mateen. He gave me a wonderful suite. The entire staff is helpful. One of the most beautiful hotels in Europe, really.

It was a bit far from the city. Not much around the area.

I was able to check in much earlier than i should with no extra paymentquiet aircon, range of breakfast food, quiet area, nice crew.

at start the hotel tried to charge me more than the price on the booking .com where i found the hotel. had to pay deposit for 50euros for minibar which was locked anyway and even then had to wait for deposit as they had to check the locked minibar. lights were away from the bed. and the bedside table light switch was hard to find in the darksmall details but sometimes can be find annoying, i still recommend well the hotel
