The cleanliness and the Staff. YILMAZ was very helpful and also all the staff

It's in a very central location so I i liked that. Also the hotel clerk, Poorya, was amazing and was there to help me my entire stay!! He made my stay the absolute best!

Great location and met all our travel needs. Taksim center was also a short walk away and always fun to walk in at the end of the day. Khaled was our receptionist and he was super helpful. He had wonderful recommendations and was kind during all his interactions. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very comfortable and well-located. The staff are friendly and helpful, and everything is clean and well-organized. It’s been a pleasant stay so far.

Very convenient location and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Halit and Poyraz. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room and they got someone to fix it the same day despite it already being kind of late.

The facilities could have been a bit newer and cleaner, but honestly great value.

Staff were super friendly. Especially receptionists Poyraz and also another young man, unfortunately I do not have his name. They both were super helpful and attentive.

The staff telling you to give good review for the hotel without even seeing the room…(‘because he gave us bigger room’) it was the same room we reserved.There are really better hotels then this even cheaper!

Best hotel ever it was clean and comfortable. It was raining in Turkey but i got a warm beed .however , the service is really good and the stuff was so nice with me . Turkish people are so kind

I had a wonderful stay at Taksim Trust Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Poyraz, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short walk from Taksim Square and the main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Location is highlight as it’s closer to train station and other tourist locations. Hospitality from the receptionist Ahmed is second to none and he helped with getting acquainted with major activities.

The heater didn’t work in my work and it’s winter. I had to adjust in the room in the dungeon.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The room was offering all the comfort we needed after our daily adventures. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a warm smile.

The hotel locatation is good inside taksim square. The staff was helpful.He carried the luggage for me and offered me free tea and coffee. Overall good for money.

The rooms are very small. I couldn't fit with my 2 luggage easily.The elevator is in first floor, so you have to carry the luggage to the first floor. The stairs is very narrow to carry luggage through.The street have a cafe below. Alot of people loud for late hours.

The location was perfect right in the heart of Taksim. Price was also fair given the location.

The location was fantastic - a lot to explore and great transport links to the main attractions. Desk staff was helpful, considering all the issues, and empathetic.

Arriving at 2am after the flight and being told that the booking is not paid for (booking.com hasn’t taken the payment and apparently it happens with many hotels in Istanbul) and the payment has to be sorted right now was a stressful start to the stay. All the bedding and towels have stains on them, which makes one feel uncomfortable to use these. The room is much smaller than what it looks like on the pictures. The desk staff was doing their best to solve the issues, however the “dirty” looking bedding and towels made this stay quite an unpleasant experience. Appreciate the hotel is on the lower end price wise, however even the basic things like cleanliness were not there.

I liked the hotel, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

My room overlooked the street below and the nights were very noisy from outside. I was woken several times each night by the noise outside. It's a pity as the hotel itself was good.
