The room was very spacious, clean and had several drawers and closets to store our luggage, shoes etc.

They need to improve customer service at the lobby, bell boys, check in, room service, restaurant. The room sofa and rug had a few cigarette burns and stains. First time ¿ see that in any hotel I've stayed in Turkey.

The staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. The suite was spotless, very spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

I have to carry my bags through the stairs.

On July 13th, on my first day at the hotel, I forgot my jacket in the restaurant after breakfast. There was a good amount of cash in my jacket. I was called by the restaurant manager along with the security manager, and my jacket was returned to me after verification. I forgot their names. I want management to recognize them for the honesty.

i think they must put some kitchen items in kitchen. for a cup or glass we must ask them them there was Norway to clean it.

Many things are not comfortable with this hotel. The staff doesn’t speak good English and being mean and rude. Check-in was painful. First, we have been waiting patiently to get our turn that was moving very slowly with no justification. Secondly, when we got our turn, it was interrupted engaging with a new customer (turkish national) to check in. When, we have complained about the issue, the hotel attendant has not shown or expressed any apologies and just continued rudely slow check in. I would not recommend this hotel to any foreign customers.

Very spacious, clean and well equiped. Good position also, friendly staff, always trying to be at their best.

The room was very spacious. The shower water presser was excellent. The spa was the best part of this hotel.

1. We booked a suite with a Double bed, and we were shocked that they provided us with 2 single beds stuck together which was extremely uncomfortable. 2. The pool was closed for the entirety of our stay, although it was June. No explanation was provided as to why it was closed.3. The location of the hotel was very far from public transportation.4. The staff were very cold, and unfriendly. Sometimes it felt like we were a burden whenever we asked any sort of assistance/room service. 5. The food from room service was as extremely overpriced compared to the quality provided. 6. We were provided 2 bottles of water per day. And whenever we asked for more the staff would take their time to deliver it, often forgetting about it. At one point we waited about an hour, then went to the reception ourselves to ask for the water.

Good price. Upgrade was great. Location was suited for me.

For a high end suite, having no cups or cutlery is unacceptable. Then I saw a sign asking for more money to get access to cutlery - that’s crazy.

I recently stayed at the Bof hotels and had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, with tidy rooms and spotless bathrooms. The view from the hotel is lovely, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful.There are plenty of shops nearby, including bakeries with fresh pastries, which is a real treat! In the evenings, it’s nice to take a stroll and relax at the local tea house, where the atmosphere is very pleasant.I would like to especially highlight one staff member, Seima Umut, for their exceptional service. I am truly grateful for the delightful moments I had during my stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite close (not very close) to many touristic or important attractions by car (e.g., the istanbul airport. Closer than Saniha airport but it is not important always to be close to). The rooms were clean and the two bottles of water on a day we decided not have the room made up was very appreciated. - The breakfast staff were wonderful (the two ladies and the other gentlemen). They stay discrete and were very welcoming and made our journeys start and restart well every day. The fresh hot stuff like Omelette was a real five star addition. I had no appetite to have my breakfast when I moved to a 4-star hotel the next two days or so. The two ladies were part of this wonderful staff besides those behind the scenes. The staff reception was very kind and very helpful when we require something. A nice five-star hotel with excellent price quality ratio. We also appreciated the oven and the microwave even not used at all. The fridge was helpful, though.

One suggestion is the addition of a minibar that may be included in the room price (or for some of them) or even deducted per article use from the caution at the checkout (in the worst case). This may be planned while increasing the salary of the clean staff who may be responsible of this additional task. My suggestion to the breakfast buffet is the addition of fresh juice machine (e.g, oranges) and a new place or restaurant at the roof of the building.

I liked everything. My stay was absolutely fantastic and I will return there back soon. I have visited many places but this one was special. Absolutely safe, with no problems. I appreciate the kind stuff. The massage was amazing, the breakfast was more than perfect and the hotel room with the view was totally worth it
