Rooms were spacious

We booked two rooms for 5 nights, all fully paid, but ended up checking out a day early because we were so disappointed. Both rooms were on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and neither telephone worked even after we told reception several times. On checkout, we asked for help with our luggage, but after waiting 15 minutes we had to carry almost everything ourselves — someone only showed up for one bag. Overall, it just felt like the hotel didn’t care about guest comfort at all.

It is ok because of it location and it’s reasonable prices,

The location is perfect and the area is safe.

The room wasn't clean and smell of cigarettes in the room. Even to replace things in the bathroom you have to ask. Overall it is a very good hotel but they have to clean better and get rid of the filthy smell.

Superb

It was a quiet and cosi room, modern and clean. I needed to have focus for some reasons and the city view room is very comfi for this aim. The staff are super nice and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place and would be back to the same place if I have to travel again to Istanbul.

No lift, no variety on breakfast.

The place is perfect, its near to shopping mall and city center. Quiet, beautiful.

I was in 4204 and ı like room very much. The reception crew gave me free breakfast. Thanks for it. I'll come again soon

Everything is fine

The staff are so good and helpful, i went to the reception to ask how much is breakfast and Fatih was in the desk and he gave me a complimentary breakfast, that was 10/10 for customer service

The location is really close to marmara mall, migros mall and koctas center, the hotel is really clean and tidy, with carpeting, we stayed for 5 days but extended our stay for 5 more days because of the comfort and location, specially Mr. Kadir / Cadir young Gentleman very respecting was really helpful and kind, will definitely recommend it for families with kids. Thank you Qadir.

The breakfast was good. The Location isnt bad. At least, you can navigate aroundThe front office staff were very professional and helpful. Yusuf is a great asset.

The heater / warmer never worked. Even though I complained, I wasn't attended to.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was nice and cheap. The location is in a new residential area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were exceptionally large.

The rooms were outdated and not very clean. The only outlet in the bedroom was behind the bed, thus making it impossible to charge your phone in your bedroom.

WiFi connection was spotty. People going up and down stairs were noisy

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Power and Wi-Fi were frequently disconnected, which made it impossible to get any work done or even relax. The staff was unhelpful to resolve the issues. My room door was faulty, and I wasn’t informed about it, which caused unnecessary hassle and security risks. Additionally, the breakfast experience was terrible. The restaurant was unclean with a lot of flies around the foods, and it seemed like leftovers from the previous day were being reused, which made me very uncomfortable. I expected much better standards, especially in terms of hygiene and service. I do not recommend staying here and hope the management addresses these issues seriously.
