Burgu Arjaan by Rotana Istanbul Asia

Me and my husband had our car with us and were very pleased that the hotel had their own private free parking, this was important to us as we did not want to just leave our car on the road. The breakfast was very nice too, free breakfast.

The only small thing was I felt like the floors were not vacuumed. It was a suite room we had and the floor by the fridge had hair.

Stuff didn't solve my booking issue

Could Be Better with More Attention to Detail

I had requested a crib for my infant in advance, but it was not prepared in the room upon arrival and I needed to follow up with reception. I had also booked a sea-view room, though the view was not as expected. The sea was only visible from the sitting area on the side of the building, rather than directly in front as shown online. Additionally, the location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions in the city.

The staff, omelet station, waiters in the restaurant, gym, pool, sauna, location.

Breakfast: Whilst Burgu Argaan offered a rich selection the quality of some of the items being served was not consistent i.e bread in the morning not fresh, turkish tea served warm from a thermos, fruits/salad selection not fresh. Unfortunately, there have been quite a few case where the cups and plates were not properly washed (still dirty).Room: In the room where my sons were staying, constant smell from the sewage coming out from the bathroom shower grill. The stay was unbearable (uncomfortable for them).

Our stay was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Attila provided excellent service and provided great support every day . The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the city. The Metro station is right next to the hotel. . The pool was amazing. From the our late check in with Okan who also check us out to the greatest service from Attila at the restaurant every hotel team member was great. Special Thank you to the Cuneyt who allow us to check out very late without additional charge. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We definitely will be using same hotel when we come back to Istanbul.

The staff are very nice and helpful, the location is perfect with a metro station right outside and the big malls Hilltown and Piazzo max 3 stops away.

The indoor swimmingpool really should be a bit warmer.

Not 5 stars - poor quality of amenities and room cleanliness did not reflect 5 stars. Construction noise woke me up every morning. No hot water in my shower for 3 days.

Great facilities good staff

Constant construction. You will not get any sleep sleeping here. A/c also doesn’t work in room. Will go on “cool” then switch to heat automatically

Room view was spectacular

A couple of things needed upscaling.Blackout curtains were broken, and we notified them to fix it but nothing happened.Also the standing lamp in the living room didn't work.

The property is great value for money. Very impressive entrance / lobby area. Great staff. 24/7 room service is great. Deniz on reception very helpful at check in.

No temperature control of the rooms, it’s done on a main system. This means you can become very very hot if the sun is beaming in through the glass, and it’s tough luck.

Staff was really kind, the room was super clean and the service was excellent ✨Metro station is just next to the hotel entrance, so it makes transport really convenient ?Also, there are good cafes and restaurants nearby, super market and pharmacies. All in one place I would say. Highly recommend this hotel!

Had 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect space for us 3 staying. Hotel is lovely.

There is 2 cooking rings although not supplied with any cooking pots, cutlery or dishes. Also tv not too good as no Netflix or anything and mostly Turkish channels.

Staff is helpful, very convenient location to take metro and restaurants close by, very clean and best breakfast

Turning centrally heating on when outside temperatures were still hot makes room very hot and if you open window off course construction noises so much that you can’t sleep

The sliding rail of the shower needs changing, does not stay up. The water does not go down the bathroom sink. The electric curtain do not shut completely.
