Clean, modern and has a wonderfully friendly (but not intrusive) and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious, lunch and dinner choices are many but not overwhelming and fairly priced. Building is protected with fire sprinklers, smoke alarms and marked exits. There are two Metro stations within walking distance. Location is off the main road so quiet and peaceful at night.

Staff and available amenities, the fact it has modern fire safety and security systems.

While booking I requested "the view" - and the view was awesome! The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. I will come back!

It is a great option if your prefer to go to and from the airport by metro. The hotel itself is very pleasant, the views from the balcony was great. The stuff is friendly and the rooms were clean.

The hotel own little shop is quite expensive. The requirement not to bring own food and beverages sounds somewhat unfair. The walking distance from the metro is reasonable even with the luggage, but because of the narrow pavements and the hill it is a good idea to take a taxi on the way back.

Situated in a quiet area, not far from the metro station, very convenient for overnight stays. Nice facilities, overall good experience.

Towels need an update, as well as it would be nice to have some shampoo/conditioner not just 2 in one thing in the shower.The hotel is very quiet but soundproof could be better as you can hear people showering in the next room. Other than that, all good.

This hotel is very close to a key metro stop linking the main tourist sites as well as the airport. We booked it for this reason and were very happy. The breakfast was also excellent. If you want to avoid staying in the main tourist area and therefore not have the stress of traffic jams to the the airport (note the new main Istanbul international airport is relatively far from the city itself), book this hotel or a hotel nearby. The metro is really easy. Also there’s a carrefour supermarket nearby for stocking up on heathy snacks for the kids as we day tripped around seeing Istanbul’s amazing sites.

Room was freezing. Called reception and a rude boy said "it's working", and keft.

Well equipped hotel - rooms are spacious, comfortable. The mini mart at the lobby and in--house restaurant open until 2am takes care of your every need - at affordable prices compared to outside. I did not use the spa but there is one. Friendly staff.. I could go and and on on why this is a great hotel.

It is a very good hotel for this price, with a comfortable, large and bright room. It is a bit far from the center, but there is a metro stop nearby and it was not inconvenient for me. I can't say anything about breakfast because I had it without breakfast.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, the staff—particularly Haydar and Azat—were very helpful. Thank you for the excellent service!The location is convenient, especially if you have minimal luggage, as it offers easy access to the metro line. We had no issues with cleanliness during our stay.Although I didn't try the breakfast, the price seemed reasonable, and the offerings appeared to be more than sufficient.

It would be beneficial if the rooms included toothpaste; however, the hotel does have a small market on-site where guests can purchase essentials.

Nice hotel in quiet neighbourhood away from the touristed areas. Ideal for medical tourism with many facilities close by. Friendly staff in clean accommodation. Bonus - good breakfast was offered for free.

No issues. Distance from central Istanbul - good or bad depending on your travel plans.

Haydar at reception was super nice. I got an upgrade which was great but I prefer the smaller rooms. Will come back.

Room was spacious and clean. Location is very convenient, in a quiet zone, 5 min walk from the metro station. Metro station is direct line to city center/bazar and also has direct connection with the airport, therefore it is quite easy to get from and to. Breakfast was good and A/C was working fine.

Great hotel. Close to the metro making transfer to the airport super easy. We checked in late and the staff were fantastic. Really helpful and made everything easy which was great given that we were tired after a long flight. Highly recommended.
