Facilities are good, location is ok.Staff were friendly.

Breakfast can be more varied.Restaurant at the hotel takes more than 45 minutes to bring the food, was very expensive compared to other restaurants.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel has good facilities including spa and gym. Was very close to public transport.

Hotel has only approx 10 parking spaces. We booked one triple room + 1 parking space - which later in we realized it was misleading. Parking area is very very crowded and narrow space. My car was scratched by some other driver mainly due to lack of maneuvre space. The bathroom was not heated and was very very cold. Room was smelling of cigarettes smoke. Sofa was very dirty / stained. Close to University hospital - lots of people with bandages after doing their hair implant or nose surgeries.

We stayed at hotel for 3 days, the staff was very kind, we had a good welcoming from Berfe and Murat. The room was very comfy and the atmosphere was quiet.

The Hotel it shelf it was nice and the view was nice as well.

Staff were dishonest and completely unprofessional . Didn’t not handle customer’s privacy which automatically jeopardizes customer’s safety.

The location was strategic 5 minutes walking from tram station 5 stars hotel with wonderful breakfast and cozy Rooms

The beds were little bit small for Twin bed

The location

The carpet was dirty. The staff gave wrong information about gym hours and room instructions. The towels were not changed one day.

My stay with Umeyma was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, she made sure everything was comfortable, smooth, and perfectly arranged. She is incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely cares about her guests’ wellbeing.Throughout my stay, she communicated clearly, helped with every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm personality made a huge difference and turned my trip into an stress-free experience.The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. But the real highlight was the hospitality Umeyma is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met.

Noisy, poorly lite room, cold and unhelpful staff in bar and restaurant, dirty and stinky warm water in the bathroom, water on the bathroom floor,

Bad location, horrible staff & room service.

They have serious maintenance , hygiene & customer service issues. We opened the bath tub and the water turned yelllow and they didn't even apologize. we had plumbing issues in the room. We had to call reception 3 times. Reception wanted us to wait 30 mins AFTER checkout so they could check rooms. Food was HORRIBLE and extremely expensive. Very rude staff. Not close to any of Istanbul's premium locations. Not recommended at all.
