Great location near Grand Bazaar walking distance to all tourist attractions, nice breakfast buffet and free coffee and tea in the lobby.

The front desk MAN poor in English angry never see smile in his face...

It had a room safe and was clean.

Many things. Upon arrival they asked for my passport and would not return it until I paid in full for my stay. At one point I was told the gym is closed, and the next day they told me it was 10 euros. Poor English at concierge. I have more issues to say..

Everything except sauna/hamam met my expectations. Breakfast is awesome with lot of options. Great massage service.

Sauna/hamam needs renovation. Asked on last day for wake up call as i arrived early in the morning and after few hours needed to wake up, but it didnt happen - they forgot.

The location is very good. ABle to walk around and visit all atractions by walking. Tram is nearby.

Old building and furniture. Small room and bathroom.The swimming pool and gym are only open from 3 PM until 10 PM.

1. The location of this hotel is indeed a plus point, closer to transportation.2. The 24/7 free coffee and tea service is exceptional. 3. The food provided during breakfast and dinner is good.4. Most of the staffs here are friendly and helpful.5. As a solo traveller, felt safe here.

1. Would appreciate if the information about providing airport shuttle is omitted from the list as the hotel does not offer it. This will help avoid false information.2. Also, during my first day stay in the room - there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke making the stay uncomfortable, however, next day onwards there was no smell present, thankfully.3. The hotel earlier approved of a full bed upon request before my stay, but, it turned out - I was offered twin beds.4. As a 4 star hotel, you would expect bottled water in the room but unfortunately was not provided.

We stayed 2 nights with the staff of the Ministry of Electricity in Iraq, and they were comfortable. I forgot something in my used room when I contacted the hotel's staff; they responded promptly and returned it soon. Thanks, my regards

Good position & breakfast

No parking!The solution of the hotel was to park the car at Hilton...! ...the cost of the parking was very expensive versus other "otopark" neat to the hotel

The breakfast is very good, the restaurant view is fabulous.

the fitness centre and swimming pool only opens after 3 PM until 10 PM.

I dont like the beds , I reserved duble bed , and they gave us rooms withe tow beds.

Everyone was nice and very cooperative. Location is exceptional.

The area of the room was a bit small for us. The AC was not enough for the whole room.

The breakfast is fantastic !!! Seriously. Not only the choice is amazing but the food is excellent. The location is also great, very central and walking distance of all main attraction with bus ans metro just steps away from the hotel.

Although the service is good, the staff could be more friendly.

The Hotel is very centrally located (closed to the metro/tram and at walking distance from many sites worth visiting). It is a a bit old-fashioned but clean and simple. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is rich and for every taste with local and international food. The SPA facilities are excellent. I also tried a scrub+traditional foam massage+Swedish massage: excellent!!! and at a very accessible price with discount for hotel guests!!!Very good value for such a low price.

A bit noisy at night because of other guests at the same floor, but that could happen. Nothing else.

The family room was very spacious and convenient for a family of five.The staff were very helpful.Had everything we needed.The locations was close to everything .

All the stuff was very nice. The breakfast was perfect. We rented two rooms and they are very clean. 24 hours coffee and tea was prepared in the lobby.

The swimming pool was very small and the spa didn't have sufficient light. There were two jacuzzi that the first one was empty and the other had cold water.

All...the location is bad room is very small, the shower is extremely small, no iron for a 4 star hotel, the welcome you with a plastic cup of water and only first day, no tea, no coffee or water boiler, very very very bad view, etc... the list remains long. The staffs is extremely No-friendly...I regret my choice to this 4 stars hotel.
