Renata Boutique Hotel Sisli

Everything one would want and much more. Simply the best. On a scale of 10 it¿s a 100. Beyond expectations. Unlike any other hotel of the same category anywhere.

NO Nothing.

Everything, the room is very spacious and clean. Top notch service and staff !

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely.

We thought the mattress was a little hard, but that's just personal preference.

Reception very friendly and helpfull Mr. Absullah and Mr. Turgut and Mr. Hasan

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Renata Boutique Hotel in Istanbul for 8 days, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and impeccably clean everything was truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel feels fresh and new, with modern, thoughtfully designed amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable.. spacious room

Over the course of my stay, I kept waiting to notice some small issue, but honestly, I couldn’t find a single negative thing to say. Everything from the cleanliness to the amenities to the overall atmosphere was simply excellent

Staff was very friendly and helpful . Hotel almost clean . Suire ( penthouse suite ) very good size and comfortable . Wifii very good . Location was excellent

Breakfast didnot match the expectations , limited menue type and minor changes daily. Air conditioning ( my visit at august / 2025) a little not good

Nice and modern part of the city. Clean, pleasant. Room was big. Breakfast was different every morning and you could pick smth extra from the card.

Noise from outside

Large room.Very good breakfast. Quite near to metro.

The hotel sets the AC centrally to Heat or Cool. Under one of the nights it was set to Heat and we got ca +23 C in our room, too high for a good sleep. Attempted to sleep with open window but then too much noise comes in. Fortunately next day the hotel switched AC to Cool.

Where to start? Great style in the hotel and the location cannot be beat, 30 mins from Istanbul Airport and few steps from Nisantaci and Osman Bey. You have all around you: boutiques ,restaurants, patisserie, coffee shops , banks, ATM,...etc . If you are coming for shopping and food like me, this is definitely the right place for you!!! The property is spotless clean and everything is about meticulous design, beauty and generosity. Comfortable rooms, very calm and relaxing. Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming staff and management. The attention to details was phenomenal and super quick to accommodate my needs.Breakfast is one of the best, delicious food with fresh seasonal fruit , juices and tasty Turkish tea. The management allowed me to check out late and helped me with my luggage. Everything was so smooth and no hassle . I'm going back to Istanbul in few weeks and already booked again with them. A five-star rating is well-deserved for this delightful blend of cleanliness and outstanding hospitality. keep up the great work Renata! çok teşekkür ederim :-)

Not even a single detail that I did not like

The room was large and nicely decorated. The bathroom was amazing and the staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast wasn’t good at all. At first, we had access to a buffet - which was small and not varied compared to other hotels, from the same range, I’ve been too in Istanbul. Then for the last 4 days of the stay, it was a plate service in which they serve you a plate they already prepared. The food wasn’t fresh and seemed to have been in the fridge for a while. We think it was due to the low number of customers in the hotel. However, we did not appreciate being served things we didn’t want and that wasn’t qualitative. We then decided to have breakfast outside. It was very disappointing because we have been in similar hotels where the breakfast was outstanding.

Rooms are spaciousn and very clean.

Breakfast buffet sort of limited variety.

The location was perfect and Abdullah was a great host, and the staff were friendly and respectful; and the size of the room was exactly what I needed.

location, room space, staff (especially Abdullah)

Staff, location and service

Nice room with balcony. Very close to any transportation. In very quiet street. Rich breakfast and professional service.

I really enjoyed my stay at the thotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious, breakfast great.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. Conveniently located in the heart of Osmanbey, it’s perfect for those planning to stay in the area, with easy access to the metro and nearby restaurants.

The A/C unit in the room wasn’t cooling properly, it may need maintenance.

Lovely room, very spacious and well appointed. Lots of storage space. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Staff were very efficient, helpful & friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Good location, 5 minutes walk from Osmanbey Metro station

A little more light in the bathroom would be useful for shaving, contact lenses etc.A socket at both sides of the bed would be useful for phone charging.Really, these are very minor points

Breakfast could be provided earlier because someone like me have to go for the morning work at 8.

Gym is small, no good facilities.

Accommodated early check I Wonderful staff…..Gul and MeribhanGreat breakfast
