Location is very good

Very congested, not enough space in room, toilet, lift,etc. Very minimal breakfast.

The only positive thing is the location, which is very good, and the view which is beautiful.

The room and the hotel itself are very small. There are only two rooms on each floor, and there is no option to upgrade because all the rooms are small. The elevator is extremely small, it can fit a maximum of three people. I asked the receptionist for an extra room card, but they said there is only one card per room.

Location was perfect! Near to tramstation, Marmaray and even ferry

The room was super small and it didn't maintain well at all, we left for another hotel immediately.

Location was. Perfect beside marmary metro station and sercagy tramway station, surrounded all shops and restaurants types , beside sea, staff are nice and helpful

Room was tooooo tight for tow,it’s fine for only one , bed is not comfy ,bathroom is tight and every time you have shower the hall toilet drowning , sink is too small, problems in the AC most of the time ، they didn’t help us to get taxi at check out time ,with a lot of bags and my kid ,so I have to go negotiate taxies in the main road and lead them back to hotel to leave the area .No isolation between rooms you can hear your neighbors

When We entered the hotel 2 of us couldn't fit in the elevatorAnd in spite of they don't mention on their public page they ask for marriage licence otherwise they don't let u in. staff at the entrance she asked me if we re married or just together

I loved the staff!! They are so kind and helpful. The lady who cleaned the room was just amazing, she always made sure that I was fine and happy with everything. Thank you!The room had a good view, right in the centre, lots of light. Amazing. And the location is definitely one of the best. Thank you for everything!

Just a bit too small, but again, the advantages are way more than that.

The staffs was very friendly and honest, i left my money and my passport and everything at the room and the cleaner was coming cleaning when i was out and nothing was missing.. very good service the guys was very respectful and good with us

Room quite small for couple... Suit well for solo traveller

Hotel located near to all top attractions, everything is walkable distance. Accommodation is fair for the price. Breakfast is also good, staff is kind and friendly.

Perfect location 1 min from tramway, 10 min to Hagia Sofia and Mani tourist attractions

For me ok, but can be important for someone that this is very centre and the street is noisy till late night. Keep in mind if your sleep is sensitive.The bathroom door is not closing properly, wasn’t a problem for me but if you are a ‘splish-splash’ kind of person you can make a pond in the room :)

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location and the friendly staff. You can also get a beautiful view of the Bosphorus if you go out on the balcony.

Breakfast was unacceptable: one egg, one slice of sausage, three olives, three cucumber slices, three tomato slices, a small portion of cheese, bread, and a portion of jam and chocolate paste, tea. And that's the whole breakfast.Another disadvantage is the bathroom. As many people have already written, water constantly leaks out and it is difficult to close the door tightly.

Location was ideal and walkable to most of tourist spots like Blue mosque, hagia Sofia, topkapi palace, basilica cistern ~ 12 mins walk. The gentleman at reception was very kind and helpful.

The lady at reception was not very friendly, breakfast was from 8-10 we reached maybe 10 mins early and she refused to serve saying its closed, no apology nothing. We just wanted bread butter and tea. At least as a courtesy could have offered some cold items. After my husband requested for tea she gave it. Anyways not that much important but still something to note to improve the service.

The room absolutely disgusting and very dirty.Tiny you cat even move .Walls marks every where Bathroom is a disaster .

The bathroom was not separated from the beds properly with walls, so if one person using the toilet the other can see what's going on. Not comfortable in that sense.The location is live and full of restaurants so expect some noise at night

Doors of the bathrooms need renovation as water is coming out of the shower room due to door issues.

Great team, good management,fast replays, honest and safe, clean rooms,it will be great if they have connections rooms, bathrooms are glass don't suit everyone.

All perfect just options of bigger room, or connections rooms, not there each room fit 2 people max, but team do help to get rooms next each other very great teams.

The property is situated right next to a train/metro station really easily to go and comeback when and if needed. Just 15-20 min from the location there are so many UNESCO things to see really in the heart of the city. The rooms are small yet are very thought out via their design. The rooms have small balconies which is perfect for a late night lookout. The room has a nice built in AC and very cool bathroom with nice bathroom amenities and wonderful shower. Came with many soaps and towels. Staff were kind and helpful with recommendations very friendly too. Nice to have breakfast but it’s very basic but enough to get you started. Also they provide unlimited water throughout the stay which is very nice of them too. Would definitely come back here again

The shower would leak through the window door seal which lead to some clean up to be done. That’s all the problems that could be solved easily. Other than that it’s a perfect stay
