Great staff, clean room. The attached restaurant and breakfast are a bonus.

Not much to see or do in the area.

The original price posted for the room was great! The shuttle drivers were great as well. The room was decently clean, although I did find some hair under the bed covers.

The front desk staff weren’t very polite and professional. Also, the website pricing was misleading; I was led to believe that the price included airport shuttle (something I always check for, especially in a foreign country). However, when I got to the front desk, I was told that I owed $50 USD for the 15-20 minute ride from the airport to the hotel! This was really disappointing to me.

Staff were exceptional, especially Emir. They were so nice and accommodating..offered to help with recommendations and advice on travel times and routes. They also helped arrange transport from and to the airport at a reasonable price.

The room we were staying in was a bit noisy as we could hear all the movements around us. Also the window wasn't really windproof. But overall this is all minor stuff to us!

Really clean, the staffs are super welcoming and helpful. A little bit of the plane noise, but would be ok once you close the window. Wonderful view outside. Very close to the airport. Love everything

Everything was good. Staff was really nice, room was clean and nice. Good hotel for a layover

Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the scheduled transfer. At one point the driver was hitting 170km/h in the highway and driving too dangerously. Apart from that everything good!

You get what you pay. Booked the hotel because it is near the airport, late check-out and shuttle arranged by the hotel for an extra charge. The staff were very friendly.

The breakfast is minimalistic and not sufficient for an adult. The room we get was different from the photos.

My stay at The Great Airport Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, offering a quiet atmosphere that allowed me to rest well. Overall, the hotel provided a level of comfort that truly made me feel at home.The breakfast was excellent, with a surprisingly rich selection of both hot and cold items. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and I especially appreciated the quality of the tea (coffee and milk were also available) and the perfectly cooked eggs. It was the ideal start to my day.The location was perfect. Being so close to the airport made my travel extremely convenient, yet the area was quiet enough to ensure a peaceful stay. It’s an ideal choice for anyone needing comfortable accommodation before or after a flight.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that I disliked. My stay was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. If I had to mention something, it would only be a very minor detail that didn’t affect my overall experience. Everything else was truly excellent.

When I arrived, the host didn’t immediately see my reservation. But it was found and instead of a twin bed, he even put me in a room with a full bed (so slightly larger). While I didn’t have much of a view, I wasn’t there for the view. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had shampoo, shower gel, soap and a shower cap along with ample towels. I appreciated the mini fridge and in room safe. While my door didn’t lock because of a misalignment with the lock and door, I wasn’t there for only there part of a night and I had a sense they would have relocated me if I had requested it. The location is 4-5 minutes from the bus pick up to the airport- I left at 3:05 and when the bus hit the bus stop 5 minutes early at 3:28, I had been waiting for nearly 20 minutes. I was at the airport 20 minutes later.

The bus dropped me off several blocks behind the property and climbing uphill with my luggage given the steepness of the hill was a challenge I hadn’t expected.

A short drive distance to the airport.

The public transport to get you to the central district where all the touristic attractions are is hard and takes a long time to travel.

The room was nice , clean, the room is spacious .they serve coffee water and tea which is very considered. The hotel is in a good area , next to a mosque and some restaurants.got a short stay it's very convenient

Overall it was pleasant stay, clean room, fresh sheets. Market and restaurants nearby.

There is only 1 thing - airport shuttle is on expensive side, I would prefer simple car but cheaper.

Very good experience for the reasonable price close to Istanbul airport. Helpful staff: I to check out go very early, but they served a sandwich for me as I wasn't able to have a breakfast that early.

TERRIBLE as we never got to stay at the hotel

Inspite of paying for the booking well in advance, we were denied accommodation in the hotel. Reason - they were fully occupied. I wonder, in spite of an active reservation, how could I even get this response from them. Couple of hours, prior to my arrival I was in touch with the property as I had availed their pickup services from the airport. So, they knew of my arrival time. When, I arrived with my 80 year old mother and 12 year old son, they pretended to look around - making calls, checking on their computer and after wasting 25 mins they gave us this response. They sent us to a sub-std hotel in a taxi, we had no option but to take that up as it was the middle of the night and we were in a foreign country. Extremely unprofessional, PLS avoid at all costs.

The owner and staff very helpfull could not find a better host. The rooms are great value for money. Emmet in the reception was great and very helpfull.

Could not find anything wrong

Room is well prepared, toilet is clean and big. Location is a good distance from the airport. Downside is if you are sensitive to noise, you will hear the airplane in the middle of the night

Breakfast portion is small, bread is served cold, no toaster to heat the bread. There’s a stray cat that keeps coming in the restaurant and it sat on the pile of tissue on our table. They don’t seem bothered by it even if they see it almost sharing the food with us

Clean hotel as a great place to rest before an early flight. The price was excellent and the bed was very comfortable for sleeping. Room was also very clean.

Nothing all good!

I liked the ambience of the hotel and it was very clean. My room had a great view too. Overall it was very comfortable.

There was a communication gap between the staff members which I didn't like. I had already paid for my airport taxi but because the person in the reception changed this was not communicated to him. And the previous person had allowed me to sit in the lobby for 2 hours so that I can wait for my flight but the new person didn't allow me to do so. If this would have been communicated properly earlier i would have paid extra and stayed in the room only.

Great location with a huge, beautiful mosque right across the street. Many stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Great and kind staff. Very comfortable.
