Wide Suites Taksim

My family had a great 2-week stay at Wide Suite Taksim.The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and supportive throughout. Thank you to all the staff for making their stay so pleasant!

The value to price is exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned everyday, spacious, well equiped. In essence a no-nonsense place to comfortably spend a few nights.

Broken shower door

Nothing was as it should.

It was dirty. I had to wash the bathroom. The toillet, the shower cabin, the sink... the sheets were full of hair. In the picture there is a towel - after I used it to clean the sink.

The location is good

Rooms are very dirty, furniture is old. There was mildew on the floor and furniture in bathroom

Perfect location, wide room comparing to other places I saw on booking.

Bad cleaning (mold in the shower, no liquids, sometimes no drink water, toilet paper, clean towels, slippers). Equipment is too old and part of it is broken (there is no shower door, main light in the room does not work, broken threshold, rusty batteries, no glass for toothbrush).Administration solved obvious cleaning issues, but only after second or third time I asked them.

The propery was small 4 story building but room was big and clean with window. Property is around 900m aways from Taksim square metro.It has a small kitchen with hot plate and property gives you utiensil to heat your food.

Its around 50m inside main road

The staff and the location and access to the bus were good. It has easy access to supermarkets and restaurants.

I chose it based on the ratings I saw on the site, which unfortunately was very different from the reality for me. Many things need to be new or repaired. The toilet was broken, no attempt was made to fix it after being notified.

Good location, close to the stop of airport buses. For the price I paid it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Rooms are quite dirty. It's noisy. And furniture is old.

The lack of kitchenware and shower drain not working very well

very centrally located, staff is very welcoming and willing to help. I arrived very early and was allowed to stay in the room already at no surcharge.

I have not got the breakfast, there were cooking facilities,so I managed to have my own choice. The l9cation is great if you want to be close to Taxim,Istsiklal, and especially Havaist-shuttle busese stop to airports and back. It is up and down landscape there,so the hotel was chosen due to possibility to walk with the suitcase without "feeling a mule mode". The staff is great, every time I stayed there, receptionists and even cleaners spoke English. And Russian. And always try to satisfy the expectations. Had an early flight and arrived to a hotel at about 7 am, the staff did their best to provide the room ASAP.

Slight refubrishment might be nice.

In general, it was ok. All clean and good. Nice staff, good location; But it’s honestly a bit strange to write a review for this place as I think we had a little bit of bad luck with us. On our first night of stay the electricity went out. Which was nobody’s fault of course but our night was kind of ruined. It was fixed the day after. Then on the second night of our stay, the air conditioner in the room suddenly stopped working. The staff were nice enough to change our room immediately to a better room with a working air conditioner UNTIL at the third night, the second’s room air conditioner stopped working too ? which was ridiculous. And this time, when we told them, they said a technician will come to check it, but nobody showed up! And so we were basically baked in the room because of the heat! Which was rather annoying. But at the end, it was a good value for money!

If we consider our situation a bad luck, the only problem was that there was not enough toilet papers in the room. And have in mind that the room on the ground floor, basically feels like a basement. Which is what you pay for of course, cause it’s cheaper.

The hotel is on a quiet street, yet very close to Taksim Square. Public transportation to main attractions is convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the building has an elevator. The best part was the staff, who were friendly and attentive.

The maintenance at the hotel needs improvement. We had to switch rooms because the AC in our first room was leaking water. In the new room, the toilet bowl was loose, the shower door was stuck, and the curtains were partially fallen. Regular checks of the rooms are necessary to fix these issues. Unfortunately, the room, especially the bathroom, was not cleaned well, and the towels did not smell fresh. Addressing these problems would make this hotel excellent.

Front desk staff Arta, Ali and Kerem were all friendly and helpful.Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious with a kitchenette.Well-located on a quiet back street close to shops, restaurants and transport and only a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Caddesi.

Staff super helpful, good location close enough to the center but away from crowds and noise

Kitchen didn’t have any pots and pans and only 1 plates when we arrived. Staff was kind enough to give us some.Bed had a big lump which made it awkward. The window was a bit broken.The shower had mold

Sometimes it happens that when you come in a new hotel, you immediately realize that the random choice was made correctly. this is my case with wide suites taxim. The location is great, the staff is amazing. my family with 2 children was as comfortable as possible and we even immediately extended our stay for a couple more days. Even in more expensive places you won't always find such service. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed in the triple room for 2 nights. The room was cleaned regularly. All toiletries were provided. Complementary water bottles were nice.

We booked this room because it was supposed to have equipped kitchen. We had fridge and stove, but no appliances to cook in. We had an ironing board but no iron. Also one of the window was broken, so we couldn’t close it fully. There was a noise from the street below at night because of it. Also, somehow beds are not very comfortable although they look nice and clean.

Location location location! Close to Taxi, which gives easy access to the airport!

Every morning, lots of noise in the corridor (by other guests? Or by the staff?)

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We only stayed 1 night. Very close to Taksim square, cafes, public transport. There are 24/7 restaurants nearby.
