Generally the staff at the reception counter were very helpful and service oriented. The room was cleaned everyday.

Rather then putting all the foods into a big bowl, I suggest the breakfast could be a Buffett style and allowed the guests to choose what they like to eat. Also, I wish the waiter could be faster in serving breakfast bowl.

The room/bathroom space was new, contemporary, clean and comfortable, the hotel was, quiet and peaceful.At reception on arrival they allowed us early check in, upgraded our rooms to bigger ones and provided us road free parking space outside hotel whenever possible to save for us on paid parking opposite hotel. Breakfast staff make the best Turkish coffee and provide a basic although repetitive but decent standard plate breakfast.

The location although close to major attractions but surrounding is a little ghetto vibes but felt safe. Breakfast is something basic to hold u up but not exciting.

Excellent rooms! Clean and everything you needed. Really appreciated the bottles of water. The breakfast was incredible!

Only downside is that the climate control did not work in either of the rooms we had. It wasn’t a big issue as the weather was cooler and we were able to open the window during the day.

The right choice among thousands of hotels in Istanbul is the Grand Iska Hotel in Aksaray. Excellent value for money. Renovated. The rooms are comfortable, tidy, clean, with hot water and heating. A special quality is the friendly staff. Young Kerim stands out, and Mr. Yilmaz is amazing — a real Google encyclopedia for Istanbul. He is a great help to guests with all questions and information. It was a beautiful and nice stay at the Grand lsPalace. Everything is nearby like the tram, busand metro. The hotel was very clean. I spend three nights there with my family. The hotel was very clean, calm, in perfect location ( at least for my trip purpose) and very reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff not only for the instructions on city tour but for any kind of request. I would love to back again.

A special hotel that makes you feel at home. Not to mention Mr. Yilmaz, a special person who helps you with anything you need, always smiling. I have stayed in a few hotels in Istanbul, but none like this; exemplary cleanliness every day. Breakfast is provided—not a buffet, but enough to start your day. We will definitely return at the first opportunity.

All was perfect - Earl check-in with breakfast at 09.30 am was possible (low season). The rooms are looked liked the pictures. All clean and with confterbal beds! All the staff was really friendly and helpfull at all time! Perfect to reach from the airport and really close to bus/tram/metro.. so easy to go around and discover the city! We can just recommend it!

I’did not take breakfast but location is parfect you will find anything you want and hotel Sataff was Best all of them: mr Yilmaz, Kaddir very polite and is mother…

One Remark or suggestion: can please do like a buffet breakfast and let guest served by them self, if possible.

Poor and cold breakfast.After check-in we realised that the bathroom was not clean: dirty toilet, hair everywhere, drops of some gel on the floor. We asked to clean the bathroom while we were off. When we came back, the toilet was still dirty. But it seemed like someone had spent a minute. After our complaints, they agreed and gave us a new room. In the new room the sink drain didn't work and water didn't drain. The manager tried to fix it and finally did it.Anyway, the staff (except cleaning) tried to do their best.

The hotel was very lovely, clean. The room was pretty, big and cozy, the bed very comfortable. Nice view from the 7. th floor.The staff were all really great, they were kind and sweet. The cleaner woman was also very sweet.Yilmaz at the reception was really kind and sweet, he got me a lovely room and made me enjoy my stage at the hotel even more?thanks to him.The breakfast was good, but could have been even better, if you could choose the food yourself. All was good

The breakfast was basic and pre prepared meal. No buffet or choice but the quantity given was quite filling. A buffet for breakfast would be perfect in this lovely property.

There is nothing that I didn't like, everything was perfect in the property. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is close to the tram station, very convenient. The location is quite a busy area, like a bazaar area. But there were enough of restaurants to get food if you need.

The hotel is located in ( yenikapi) and yenikapi metro station so all the places the tourists would go to are within reach. The staff were nice and helpfull. The hotel was a ( night life free facility) so it is good for families and people who look for good night sleep ....

Probably the breakfast because it was the same every day . Not that it was bad but having the same plate every day could be boring......
