Location and room

The room smell like smoke

The location is good. It's close to most tourist attractions.

The hotel is old and the furniture needs replacing. There's a problem with the elevators and the operating card is unreliable. The air conditioning is hot and the windows can't be opened. The shower in the bathroom is very weak and the water pressure is poor. Overall, the price is unreasonable.

The staff was great

Air conditioning didn’t work and elevator issues . Quality of breakfast was low

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel! Thank you for the amazing upgrade to a suite it made our stay extra special. Everything was perfect from the room to the service. We truly appreciated the kind gesture and will definitely come back again!

Someone actually came and asked us our room number! When they ran out of things, the staff did not refill. Multiple times they ran out of utensils and we had to go to the lobby and ask.The pull out beds were horribleTVs are from the 2000s!!Our suite had an electrical stove but no dishesThe restaurant at the hotel was even more expensive than food in the US!!it took forever for the cleaning staff to get to our room in the mornings.

The property was well managed. Always someone willing to help. I don’t know much about Istanbul but the location was seemingly good- next to a nice mall. Breakfast was very expansive.

Though I understand it is winter, not everyone wants their room to be 75+ degrees at all times. We had to move rooms bc we couldn’t take the heat and I guess there was a mechanical problem as to why it couldn’t cool. But once we moved it was the same issue.

The price is little high and the breakfast is just ok but not a five star

I appreciate the close proximity to my dentists office. I also enjoyed the executive lounge, morning buffet and the restaurant.

Everything was fine

I enjoyed the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff. Most of the staff understand English and go out of their way to assist with any accommodations. Mr Kerem and Mr Kerim and Ms Zeyneb were always there to help answer questions about the local area activities and stores. The buffet and restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. The front desk staff were all welcoming, kind and informative. The management and staff always made an effort to introduce themselves and offer any help. The maintenance staff were also very helpful when I needed assistance with a broken suitcase wheel. Americans will feel right at home here. I will absolutely return to the Radison Blu.

The stay was good

When checking out i asked reception for taxi since ordering taxi from the hotel must be trusted and safe, but what happened was horrible, first taxi meter was already starting and have a rate of 467 lira and i asked him to fix and he didn’t,i thought its an airport charge , and when i paid with my card he claimed he did not receive money although i got a message from my bank, and he wanted cash and i refused and i insisted to go to police office, after that he apologized saying he received the money. Meanwhile he gave us our luggage and kept one in his car as he thought we are on a mess. And at last moment I noticed the messing bag and i stopped him to give me the bag. He was a fraud and the hotel must provide me with a trusted taxi . I paid 2100 lira from the hotel to istanbul airport I don’t know if its correct rate or not. But again i must get a trusted taxi from a 5 stars hotel’s

Location, friendly staff, food , everything thing was amazing

We booked 2 rooms one of them is higher in price as it must be bigger and with city view but i was shocked it was smaller and the view was disgusting the other room which was less in price was bigger than my room

Great location and good value with clean hotel

Thanks goes to Mr yunis, Mr ramazan and Mr furqan they are very helpful and they treat me very well

They didn’t allow me to bring any drinks or food from the supermarket
