clean and modern facilities and walking distance from Topkapi etc. Friendly English speaking staff.

Staff were very helpful as we arrived a day early unannounced (the only place in Europe our phones didn't work) and spent three nights there. Our corner room was a good size, except the desk which was stuck under the TV.

Breakfast! Once again, nothing appealed to our western tastes and most of the food laid out we had no idea what it was. The chef made us an omelette each morning, above and beyond the call of duty. He probably felt sorry for us.

The room I had reserved for two nights at a price of 215 euros was rented to someone else. They took my time for three hours and even though they had deducted the money from my bank card, they wanted me to pay in cash. This hotel is a scam. Please report it everywhere.

The rooms smelled bad, they had no ventilation, the rooms were dirty and small, the photos they posted on the site are fake.

I had booked two rooms for one week for myself and my family.The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was spacious and clean, and the second room was just as good.Great location, close to shops and metro stations.It was a wonderful experience — I highly recommend it!

Close to metro station and the bus. Many stores right outside. Staff was very nice

Location is good but not other facilities. Break fast items are poor. Juice machines is not working properly for all. No humus or variety items. No well-being facilities, no dining facility. No Iron, tea coffee supplied. Bed sheets, towels are very very old, like using for years. Staff are not professional enough except one who done my check in.

They were polite as always and they helped us to feel really good. The breakfast was fine, it was clean.. and all that means that i will be back soon! Very good value for the money!

Location was good very close to main centre

Bathroom pipe was leaking so couldn’t use toilet. I informed at the reception but they didn’t fixed this issue or didn’t offer other room.

The location is perfect right next to the metro and bus station. The rooms are cleaned daily and it’s very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. It ways a great experience!

Good customer service, but the main weakness i think is from the top management, imagine a hotel without toothbrush or imagine you take a shower with a shower gel on your hair instead of shampoo (i think they fill the 2 bottles from the same source), or imagine that a hotel room without coffee or tea, (there was a kettle with 2 glass cupsnot well cleaned), they don't clean toilets on daily basis? that what we tried lately in this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and while the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, the overall experience was underwhelming. The buffet was extremely poor and limited—I ended up eating just soup throughout my stay. Unlike most hotels, there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, and even basic amenities like toothbrushes were missing. Although my stay was fine overall, the hotel didn’t meet the minimum expectations for guest comfort. I visited this hotel before but this time was the worst

Very good area to stay 10 min walking to tramp station 5 min walking towards metro. Everything is near by late night cafe also near the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very dated, stained carpets curtains and mouldy aged bathroom . Very noisy overall .

I do not recommend this hotel, I was very dissatisfied by the experience. Personnel did not help or assist in decorating request of room before arrival despite I was paying for it as additional service but rather asked to pay for another room which is 40% more expensive. They were also not answering messages when I tried to communicate until I have to remind them.Room cleaning was not really good, it didn't have basic water/tea as in standard hotels. Breakfast wasn't tasty and isn't varied.
