We stayed here twice already. The location is very good, close to all tourist attractions. Rooms are clean, heating is with AC but you get the right temperature in the rooms, hot water always. Breakfast has a lot of options, thanks to Halil ? and to the girls. There is a train station 1 minute away from hotel from where you can go to Sirkeci. Parking is included and is safe. There are a lot of cafe and restaurants in the area.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you Halil and Hakan!

It was an excellent hotel ,excellent service, very clean, very comfortable,excellent breakfast , excellent communication..it’s a hidden 5 stars hotel …i highly recommend for everyone

I like the location, the view was excellent , quite a nice place to rest . Breakfast & sitting was good . The staff was very good & helpful.

The bathroom was too small even though you couldn't sit on the commode properly. Every time you need to tell the staff to clean the room or else they will not Our room bed is broken.

The staff were really friendly and kind. They were ready to help anytime. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious. They also offer an airport transport.

The location is quite good, although you hear very good the noise of the train and cars from the big road next door

Unfortunately, this property does not meet the expectations at all in this price category.- Staff at reception is not very friendly nor competent- The rooms need a big update/repair effort (door of closet broken, dirty wall/damages, wooden cover hot tub broken, drainage system hot tub broken, flushing mechanism toilet broken, water does not run away in sink, mold in shower...the list goes on and on... - the breakfast is very very very simple and not much choice- we were there 3 nights and they did not clean the rooms during that time...we had to ask for it. When they did, they did not even put new shampoo & shower gel- The biggest NO GO is however the smell from the drainage in the shower and from the hot tub. The smell spreads in the room and is unbearable- noise from the road and train next doorThis hotel has a lot of potential but needs better management. Not worth the price.

Thieves, be careful with your money, don't leave money in the rooms, and when you pay, have cash, they will cheat you, if you pay in euros.

Very dirty rooms. We got at one point smelly cigarette towels. Location in the heart of a scamming area. Rooms nothing like the picture. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re desperate.

The breakfast is awful as the room cleanliness.

All the staff were amazing! I cannot forget my stay here. It's something we will never forget. 100% returning back to this hotel if I was to go back to Turkey. All the workers are very helpful, super friendly, hospitality was perfect. When it come to arranging trips around Turkey and exploring places, they helped up out so much, especially if it's worth the price. Breakfast was a hit!!!!

I can tell you nothing was bad about this property, everything was beyond standards. Comfortable and a good area. It does say on internet that their restaurant is closed so they only do breakfast. It's not a complain just a heads up :)).

Very tiny road and difficult to drive a car Ona parking issue, the room was very cold.

Good location, perfect and friendly staff, clean and comfortable, the view is the best. I recommended.

Staff is very nice. Hotel is direct at Kumkapi station and very close to the seaside where you find the official running track of the Istanbul Marathon. Breakfast was good. No mildew. For that cheap price you get the quality you paid for.

Toilet was losing water. Single-Room was very small. Horrible smell from the bathroom by chlorinated water or something.

we had some problems with the sink, it was leaking. also, the roof was wet, so there was fungus; we parked in front of the hotel, in the parking, and our car was hit, there was a crash

The location is perfect for tourism. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and other major attractions. The breakfasts were very tasty.

The cleaning could have been done better.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast. Bathroom amenities changed daily. Perfect location only 1 minute walk to the nearest metro station that takes you everywhere. Staff was pleasant and polite.

A bit of sewage smell in the bathroom and the bed was taking up most of the bedroom space.

The staff’s ware amazing. I gave 10 stars just because they were so helpful and nice.

There are some issues in the shower. The management should pay attention there.

It was close to the Hagia Sofia.

The room was very very small. Almost suffocating, You had to climb the bed from only one side. The surrounding of the city has some dirty streets and workshops.

The proximity of the property to most of the tourist centers and easy access to restaurants.

The need to pay more attention to cleaning, the room could make use of some extra cleaning. It’s a nice place but needs to be maintained

Friendly staff, nice room with comfortable bed.

Noisy area, people were shouting and fighting in the street outside at night. Also some of the finishes were a little tired - the window sill was mouldy and the shower door was difficult to slide. And the main shower head didn't work.
