Klas Hotel Istanbul Old City

Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay!

Well, it was fair stay but I will seek other options in the future, even though the reservation included breakfast , there's a sign for extra charge for omelet or fresh juice :/ the bathroom really needs renovation. Halim at reception was nice

I had a wonderful stay at Klas Hotel in Old Istanbul.The hotel itself is great, clean, and comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the reception staff.The front desk team were extremely kind, professional, and always welcoming. They treated us with genuine respect and warmth, and were always ready to help with a smile.It is rare to find such amazing people who make you feel at home.A great hotel with even greater service.Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay at this fine establishment, I have been here before in 2020 , I dont know exactly what to say but everything is perfect.The place was extra clean and comfy and its in a very good safe area the metro station is just few steps away from the hotel and the staff were sooo helpful and cooperative, they changed my room when I requested a room with a balcony, they advised me where to go and where not to.The responded to all my requests in any time they were like friends , specially Selim Veysi and Emre thanks a lot to you guys for your kindness help and hospitality.

The location is perfect, staff are great, the sauna is really good and the breakfast has alot of verity of foods to choose from

The room had no AC, also it was a bit small, the elevators are very tiny, old and slow.

The stay was great for our needs. location was ideal ,enjoyed our stay, would recommend to future guests. Close to transportation and destination areas and lots of great restaurants within walking distance

The location is excellent, close to Metro station. At the busy and noisy street, but that's why you come to Istanbul! Great breakfast. the staff made me feel very welcome, they are all very nice.

Staff were very kind and helpful! The breakfast and diner was quiet good and delicious.

The hotel staff provided us a free upgraded room. The room was very large but surprisingly empty. There was a veranda but just two patio chairs.

The elevator was constantly breaking down. At one point we got stuck in the elevator for about five minutes. We were on the top floor and had to often take the stairs.Hasan, one of the hotel’s staff, conned my wife and I out of $40 claiming that was the cost for doing laundry. I’m sure he kept most of the money. Yes, it was our fault for giving him the money, but we didn’t have our guard up and we feel Hasan used that to con us out of $40 to do laundry.The breakfast buffet was more like a cattle trough. People were cutting in line, making a mess of everything.The pool was far smaller than the photos made it look.

Good location

Very small room, smaller than on the pics. Slow lifts, poor breakfast. Pool and jakuzzi no comment…Not recommended hotel! Be careful!

Breakfast was meh.Pool was closed during our stay and the hotel refused to provide any sort of accommodation or refund.The A/C was working intermittently. The A/C filters were filthy.

Hotel is ok. Standard rooms are small. If you need to work, it could be very difficult. But deluxe is great! Big room, great view, nice mattress. If you can choose, take the deluxe. There is a small pool on the roof, but it is enough to cool off. Great hotel staff. Ozgur, Aybuke and Hasan helped us a lot. Thank you very much! If you want a more european breakfast, there is a coffee shop near the hotel with filter coffee, matcha and sandwiches.

Small standard room

The staff made me an early breakfast and was incredibly kind and helpful. It was a nice spot. The breakfast was decent, but we still had to pay for the omelette and orange juice even though we had a breakfast reservation..

I received a free upgrade room from booking, but they refused to implement it. When I arrived, I asked for the free upgrade, but one of the staff told me they are not going to do that, even though the booking says so. The shower needs maintenance. A small swimming pool.

I stayed at Klas Hotel for two nights and had a really nice experience. The staff were super welcoming—especially Ozgur, who was leading the team. He was great!Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The only small issue I had was with the shower and its door, which wasn’t working quite right.

The manager of Klas hotel Mr Őzgűr was very vey helpful. We arrived with our bicycles for our trip and he kindly helped organise a space for us to unpack and assemble them. He was very interested and kind. Mr Hasan and Ms Aybuke staff members were also very helpful.

Would never stay in this hotel again

The room we booked and it was advertised on the website is fare from reality. Very disappointed. Double bed was attached to the wall. No wardrobe in the room at all, no space for the big luggage.

Extremely warm welcome by Ozgur Hasan at front desk He helped with Exchanging money, power adapter and Istanbul travel card. Great breakfast.

Getting to second bedroom/bathroom was only through the Ist bedroom. This was uncomfortable at times.

We rented 4 rooms and stayed at klas hotel for 11 nights as a family reunion. The rooms were spacious and clean, definitely a rare find for the price range in Istanbul. The breakfast was great with many options and fresh ingredients. We noticed that they threw all open leftover food after breakfast every day which we liked. We got the half board package and the dinners were simple, fresh and tasty, we thank Yasin for managing our dinners and for his hospitality. Receptionists (especially Emra) and others were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Also the manager Özgün was very accommodating and friendly. The location is also very central and safe. We thank all klas hotel staff for giving us such a great time
