Location near bizarre and mosques

Breakfast on top floor terrace was excellent. Room had one double bed one reading light and one night table . Not one chair to sit on. manager was not trustworthy. Would not take credit for cruise on Bosphorous .

Well located with a beautiful view of the blue mosque from the property. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

TWO-BED ROOM WAS TOO SMALL

Very good location.The hotel itself is probably the best around - as described in the negative side, we initially tried to move to another hotel and I walked around to find that Rast is by far cleaner and comfortable.

When we arrived, staff told us that due to “an issue on the website we booked a room they don’t have”. And instead of family room we were offered 2 double rooms next to each other. With kids it was terribly inconvenient and I tried to find another hotel with no luck. We had a late flight and it was extremely irritating to search for a hotel at 9pm.After I failed we called booking and went for a dinner. At return, staff told us they have the proper room and will drop charges for the night we are staying in 2 rooms.So overall the situation was handled not bad, but seems like the guests should demonstrate persistence to get what was initially agreed on.

The view from the roof top terrace is exceptional. I liked that they serve free coffe and tea 24/7 on the terrace.

This beautiful property is strategically located near many of the sites in Istanbul; and that is within walking distance to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. It was very easy to locate the different areas from the map provided by the hotel. The staff were extremely hospitable from the front desk to the servers. The Hotel Manager Hamza took care of all of our queries and provided well needed guidance from shopping and site seeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was exceptional, the staff was also very helpful and went out of their way to organize anything and everything. A couple of the guys working at reception and the door, Bayram and Gokhan were so kind and so extraordinarily helpful and wonderful that they made the stay in Istanbul extra friendly and comfortable. The room was a bit disappointing based on photos that I saw, so I expecting something higher end, however any of my requests were promptly and graciously fulfilled. The breakfast was out of this world and the view from the breakfast room was amazing. The hotel was set very close to all the main sites and within easy walking distance to everything.

This hotel is very well located, walking distance to many key points of interest. We arrived very early due to our flight schedule and they were very helpful storing our bags and offered complimentary breakfast. The room was large with a nice balcony and an incredible view to the blue mosque. Breakfast had various selections of protein, salads and sweets.

The staff directed us to the most expensive restaurant in the city. REALLY UNFAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cost more than $500 for two people. Outrageous!!

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay.The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, which really made the experience feel special. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Location near Sultanahmet Square is perfect. Breakfast is exceptional from the rooftop patio. Rooms are very quiet in a non-quiet area.

Downtown is a long way from the airport. Expect a hefty taxi fare into the city.

I recently stayed at the Rast hotel and overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable with modern amenities that made our stay very relaxing. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure guests felt welcome — from check-in to housekeeping, everyone was professional and courteous.The breakfast buffet offered has a good variety of fresh and tasty options.

I would like to mention that we experienced air-conditioning issues in the room, which were promptly reported to the front desk. The staff acknowledged the issue and assured us that it would be taken care of, which we appreciated.

The location is walking distance to many main attractions, and the metro/train. The breakfast that is included with our stay was fantastic, and had great views. The hotel staff is excellent in every way, they gave us great recommendations to a Hamam that was nearby, dining recommendations and arranged our airport pickup and drop off. They were extremely helpful.

Very well located hotel, central position within waling distance from many must-visit attractions.Clean room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and amazing view from the top floor restaurant.

It is near the major attractions. Good and tasty breakfast with lots of choices. And the best part is it has the best views of istanbul

Room in general. I could hear other guests from the room nextdoor, room was so tiny and small nothing like the pictures, bed was uncomfortable. The room was located next to Generator and that as well was my view.
