Konak Hotel Taksim

No dental kit available. Charged extra mentioning kids age not meeting there criteria

Close to Taksim Square

The room was not anything like the pics that they advertise. Rooms are super tiny,I had a hard time to get in and out of the restroom. I paid around $--- /night and you can find much better room/hotel for this price in Istanbul. This hotel should be 2 star.

Calm nice affordable

The staff are so friendly and they provide us with all the information needed

Good location by Taksim Square, attentive staff, good facilities, and an excellent breakfast

A bit loud since it’s on a major street. It was in good condition but not great. My mattress was worn and a bit sunken in places.

Good breakfast Nice facilities Great location

Heating system was a bit noisy

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Aside from the excellent location, superb cleanliness, and good food, there are professional staff members who work to serve the guest and resolve all issues smoothly. At reception, Ms. Nadra is a professional and cheerful person who manages guest stays wonderfully, attending to every detail that matters to you as a guest. Similarly, in the restaurant, Mr. Cemal and Ms. Nurten are the sophistication in their service and the wonderful reception. In short, you feel like you are in a warm, family-friendly hotel, especially with the cleaning staff, who are more than wonderful. All the staff are professionals.

There is one of staff called umot I think, he is a man to respect but didn’t welcome with the guests and don’t smile any more, it’s strange with the cheerful staff like Konak staff

Location only

AC is off all the winter ! The staff are rude

Old property and dirty , with very bad breakfast

Everything was bad

Friendly staff Excellent service Good value for money

Bar noise at night time

The staff was really great, friendly and so helpful !

First, a cockroach appeared in the bathroom. And the air conditioner isn’t working — it’s not cold at all, and the airflow is very weak. It’s just air without any refrigerant, and when the temperature dropped outside, the AC automatically switched to heater mode. The room turned into an oven.

It's central location to everything especially Taksim square and bus stop and mini Carrefour and çok market and havaist shuttleStuff we're very pleasant and helpful , specially Miss Nadira , Mehmet and Aref

I was hoping to change my room to One large bed but unfortunately I was in a room with double bed while I'm a single person ... And even I have asked you to change my room they didn't respond to me as they mentioned that they are fully booked.

Quite and clean and the restaurant staff very professional and very kind

One of staff called umot respected but has no welcome with guests and when ask him about any thing reply with boker face no smile but he act respectfully also but has no good hospitality

Near Taksim square. Attentive staff. Clean room and common areas.

Small room and balcony.

Very good location, near a bus stop with many lines and a walking distance from Taksim metro and plaza. On the side there is a very good coffee house: Rabo. The hotel restaurant has nice options of italian food, a good price. And beer. I recommend this hotel, it was a nice stay. It has a elecric kettle in the room and the cleaning lady was very nice. Good options of TV channels. Good ambiance. And every afternoon they serve tea and cookies free.

Internet could be better

Spacious room

The only thing is that the AC is noisy, also there is a club in the same street as the hotel so it might not be very safe to walk the street late at night

Very nice staff, from the registrar desk to the cleaning lady. Large lobby. Every afternoon they offer free tea and snacks. The pub serves good Italian dishes, and beer comes with free fries. The café Rabo, just in front, has great coffee and a much nicer atmosphere than the nearby Starbucks. The hotel’s location near Taksim Square is excellent, with many bus options at the corner and convenience stores close by.

The internet signal, however, could be improved. The internet is available, but the signal is sometimes weak.

The internet signal could be improved. Tv could have more sport channels.

NothingWe left the hotel and check out sooner than our reservation.
